Billing side of the business was slow to process and not correct in the pricing. Just received a bill due 60 days ago. They failed to run the amounts due to my insurance and figure out how much I owed out of pocket. When I called and spoke to Alicia about my frustration with the billing. She said I was being disrespectful. I feel that failing to be clear on the billing. Then coming after me for $600 and saying I am 60 day late is disrespectful. We won’t be coming back.
