Outstanding staff, excellent doctors, phenomenal hygienists. I really appreciate when those in the medical industry explain to me everything they're doing and what's going on. Unlike those who prefer to be treated like children and don't want to hear anything that's boring or might make them feel uncomfortable, I not only enjoy hearing how things work, but am capable of understanding how procedures work by using this almost forgotten trait called 'logic'.
When I was getting numbed, I appreciated the explanations of the procedures taking place. I appreciated the explanations when my teeth were being tested before I received the filling I went there to have done. I appreciated that they had staff members who do people things, like watching the Office and enjoy movies. (All the other dentists I looked at, every single member seemed to spend every waking minute doing charity work. I don't fault them for doing charity work, but I don't believe that is anyone's only interest.)
After the work they did, my tooth started feeling better when they said it would. Unlike the last place I went, Contemporary Family Dentistry feels incredibly professional and it does actually feel like they care about you.

I had an Excellent followup appointment at Contemporary Family Dentistry. I was greeted and made comfortable by Heather and after a very short wait Kris checked my teeth and inquired if I was having pain. My previous appointment indicated I had a bad sinus infection that occluded the x-ray view of my teeth. Wow, they treated the sinus infection and called me back to reinspect my teeth, Doctor Holden thoroughly checked the issues I was having and referred me to an endodontist. She explained that the intricacies within my teeth were beyond scope of what they could check and repair. I was so impressed by their honesty, friendliness and general professionalism.
As I was leaving, I thought of some questions regarding the Endodontist, Kris had walked me to the check out desk. Between her and Ann Marie, the office manager, all my questions were answered.
I felt like the most important person in the office.
...Now, I'm hoping the Endodontist appointment goes as well. Craig.

This is my happy place. My whole family has had nothing but wonderful experiences. I brought my 6 yr old daughter in for an extraction and they all treated her like a princess. She did great and I got to see all my favorite people who work there. I would recommend anyone who wants to have a long term happy relationship with their dentist and hygienist to go here.

Dr. Mills and the whole staff have been excellent to my entire family! Their work is superb and they have gone out of their way to get us in. The ability to have a crown done the same day is immensely appreciated. The whole staff is kind and takes time to answer questions and make us feel comfortable and confident. It’s a very clean and professional setting, nobody ever seems hurried or annoyed. After several dentist office experiences throughout the years, I know when I witness a GREAT one!
