In my 32 years of life , I have never had a dental visit quite like I had today.
I have been going to dental care of Norman for several years , and while most experiences are really good with no issues at all , today really just put the icing on the top .
Sammy did my dental cleaning and my other treatments and it literally felt like I feather in my mouth while it was all happening . No pain , no gum bleed , no teeth scrapes . Literally the best cleaning and treatment I’ve had to date . If cleanings and being at the dentist was like what I experienced then I doubt you would find someone that hates the dentist .
Also , mrs Brandy was so upbeat and happy it really left me feeling better throughout my day . Overall A+++

I visited this office in June and I left right after I got my X-Rays.
The lady's were very kind, however, no one knew what was going on.
The lady that was there for the x-rays, didn't know how to operate stuff.
When I got in the room they weren't understanding why I was there my chart had been lost, I went into a full panic attack and just had to leave. If they couldn't get the paperwork right. I didn't want them in my mouth.

What an excellent dentist office this is! I foolishly misinterpreted my first appointment time, but they were still able to fit me into a busy schedule for the day. The office is nicely laid out, they have an impressive process for managing patient traffic in and out of the office, and everyone is so nice. Dr. Basey was a pleasure to meet also. I will be happy to return for checkups and any additional dentistry that may be needed.

Dr Basey is, simply put, a groovy dude. Love him and his staff. Everyone is too kind and patient with great senses of humor. Dentist visits can be very stressful. They truly make them easier to handle. The rock and roll music only enhances Dr B's great demeanor and easy touch. Thank you so much. My only wish is that I would have found Dr B long ago!!

Today was my first visit, I was scared because I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile and was worried due to underlying reasons. Long story short, they were very kind and gentle. I’m nervous but excited to get my smile back.

Had Kaitlin clean my teeth, she was super nice and reassured me the whole time. Constantly asking me if I was doing ok and if I needed anything. She also did a really good job at cleaning my teeth. No nicks or painful scratches on my gums. (And I should know with having braces for 3 years and tons of dental assistance work on my teeth.) They also accommodated me and my husband with my nursing baby. Making sure to have our appointments back to back and letting know it's ok if I need to get up to go tend to my baby. Really nice and understanding.
