was dealing with horrible pain in my lower right jaw. I had 2 cracked teeth, because for some reason, I have strong bones, but brittle teeth. I've heard it's a family trait. Lol. I'm 1000 miles from home, no one I know is anywhere near, and I have to get this fixed because it got to the point I couldn't sleep. I made an appointment as a new patient Monday morning at 0700 for an appointment at 0830. I got in, explained the situation, they checked me out, gave me their opinion, showed me the cost upfront, and got to work. I DIDNT FEEL A THING!!! They were so gentle and professional. They worked so quickly too. I had 3 teeth pulled and it didn't feel like they were in there more than 20 min. I was prescribed meds that were ready within 15 min of me leaving. I took one of the major pain meds the first night as a preemptive pain relief, but I guess I didn't need it. Still haven't needed another one. I feel so much relief! If you need something done right, quickly, and for a more than fair price, look these guys up. Outstanding work, and I appreciate you all so much for all of your help! You are an answered prayer! Thank you again!

Was attended to quickly and very thoughtfully in somewhat of an emergency situation. The technician was very competent and nice. Dr. Basey took time with me, explained everything and listened to all my concerns. The people at the front desk also were pleasant and helpful.

Dr. Basey and staff are all wonderful people. Never felt judged or belittled. However, I went in to have some work done and was told I needed thousands of dollars of work done. I went to another dentist for a second opinion. Second opinion dentist did not agree and instead of thousands of dollars of work it is mere hundreds.

Hygienist Meagan is awesome!! So very gentle. Never have pain. Dr Basey is super cool and the only dentist in my whole life to figure out what was wrong with my bite. I would recommend this place to young and old.

Everyone at the office is so very nice! They are very accommodating, I now live about 40 minutes away and still make the drive in rush hour traffic to go see Dr. Basey, and his staff. I have particular times that I like to have my appointments and they always make it happen..

I am a new patient who was having some pain. They were able to get me in the first thing the next morning. The staff was friendly and explained everything they were doing. I would definitely recommend them. I will be returning tomorrow to get a tooth extracted and a bone graft done.

I have a privately owned dental insurance through my work. Since it's not a common insurance company, the office staff had difficulty verifying and putting the information in the system. I provided everything possible to help them. I even emailed them a copy of the break down straight from the company that explains what services they will pay and what percentage. The staff were unable to figure it out. I had to get a ton of Xrays, and then I was told I had to leave without them cleaning my teeth because they couldn't figure out my insurance and wanted to be able to quote me correct pricing. I've never had to wait for a price quote before. You usually get services done, they submit claims to insurance, and then you find out how much you might owe. They were supposed to call me back that afternoon to let me know when the lady who knows what she's doing came into the office to help them. I had to call them twice(once that afternoon and then the next morning) before I could receive any information. They wanted to do a deep cleaning and charge me over $300, so honestly I'm glad they quoted me a price. They tried to bill me for the Xrays, but then they finally figured out how to code it so the insurance would pay. I was even asked if my insurance was real when I called back. During my initial visit, the dentist was also trying to smooth talk me into getting invisalign. They are obviously just after money. He told the hygienist "Good Job" on getting me because I was going to be a good patient (meaning they could get money out of me). I have cancelled my cleaning and will be taking my business elsewhere to one that is more trustworthy and isn't going to try to squeeze money out of me. I will never recommend this dentist to anyone, and I definitely will not be back.
