Minimum waiting time on a scheduled cleaning appointment. Dental personnel greeted me upon my arrival. The dental hygienist referred to me by my first name. She was pleasant and professional. She offered information, answered my questions, and finished the cleaning expeditiously. Good overall experience. No issues.

Pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. I got Invisalign which was suppose to be a 1 year treatment. Over 2 years later, there was not much change at all. They would take scans of my teeth for new mouth pieces but when I would get them, they did not fit tight and would be loose. The doctor said I needed to bite down and grind all the time to move the teeth. I mentioned that the buttons that hold the trays on had worn down. I was told that they really don't do anything. I saw my chart on their computer and they put that the buttons were checked at my appointments. I finally told them to take the buttons off because I was done with the treatment. The doctor keeps wanting to make me a retainer. Why would I need a retainer when my teeth basically didn't move enough to matter. That was a lot of money that was wasted. At my 2nd cleaning, the hygienist saw a large cavity and brought it to the doctor's attention, a cavity that was there at my 1st cleaning! I will not be going back.

I was treated so good, the staff was very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. The doctor was very good. They also explained everything on how things was and what we needed to do and what would be in the days to come.
