Pepper Tree Dental. I’ve been going to Dr Jeffery for many, many years. He’s thorough, honest, and I would describe him as a perfectionist. I had been dealing with a faulty bridge (done by a different dentist), so when it broke, I was skeptical about getting another bridge or an implant. My bone structure wasn’t really the greatest option for an implant and he said that he would do his best to make sure this bridge was a good fit. With the old bridge, I had to carry floss with me at all times, the one Dr. Jeffery did fits so perfectly that I only have to floss it when I do my regular daily flossing. He also let me decide (in my own time) to do Invisalign. I wish I would have listened to him earlier and done it with his first recommendation. Invisalign has helped align my teeth, which has minimized the teeth grinding I have done over the years. Excellent dentist!

This is a wonderful place that has looked after me from day 1. The receptionists is very kind and talkative if you engage in a conversation with them. The dentist doesn’t play around they will tell you if you either need something, could use something, or are very helpful and knowledgeable if you wish to inquire about the services they provide.

This is by far the BEST dentist office in OKC. Not only are the staff friendly and professional but you're seen very fast and are on a first name basis with the staff. The dentists are very nice and let you know what's going on, and not just open your mouth and get you in and out. They're very affordable and offer many financial assistance programs to help you out. I would recommend them to anyone!

I’m not very happy with the surprise billing that was charged to me after my procedure was finalized. Approximately 6 months after I received my retainer which I thought was included in my initial charge to Care Credit, I received a call and was informed in a very flipped attitude That I owe an additional amount and can she just put it on my Care Credit?

Doctor explained it as lack of communication! I believe it’s surprise billing. I never received anything to explain the extra charge until he explained it as lack of communication! Only the phone call!
I’m still very disappointed!
