The facility was nice and clean with lots of cool new technology. The staff was so sweet and as a plus I really loved my dental hygienist Asia!!! I felt she really got all the nooks and crannies that others tend to miss.

This was probably the worst experience I have had at a dentist office. My dentist was great but I only spent about 2 minutes with him. The dental hygienist on the other hand was horrible. There were times when she was super nice, then times when she was super offensive. When i went to pay, they told me that I owed around $80, but the crazy thing is this was all preventative care AND I had insurance. When I found out why I was charged $80, it made me hate the place even more. Apparently the dental hygienist did something to my teeth that was not covered by insurance and was suppose to let me know that before she did it. She did not. As a patient, I was very upset with the service there. I eventually called the main office and was able to get a refund for it, but it was a lot of trouble. I would not go to My Dentist if I were you, especially the one on NW Expressway.

I have been going to Peppertree dental for years now. I always have a great experience. The dental hygienists and assistants are super sweet and make sure you are aware of everything that’s going on with your teeth. It’s a very comfortable feeling walking into Peppertree dental. Everyone in the staff was amazing, except a very hostile Mahogony( with tattooes all over her fingers)at the front desk. The young lady created the worst experience I've ever had at the dentist. She did my treatment plan out in the open for everyone to hear. She called me names and stormed away because I asked how long aN es traction would take. I needed to know how long to take off of work. The hygienist, and assistants were very kind.
