Madison sent me a reminder for my appt on the day of my appointment checked me in and got me seen right away by Dr Naik which I appreciate because I had to be to work the same day Ryan cleaned my teeth and got me out of there in like an hour so still had time to grab breakfast before I had to be to work....Impress with level of service and people who provided them to me 5 stars.

Our regular pediatric dentist was unavailable when part of my 9yr son’s tooth fell out. The young dentist ended up rushing through my sons fillings, he actually did two teeth and bridged them together so we are no longer able to floss in between!? When we got home and I found this I called the receptionist and asked if this was right and she said it did not sound right to her, to bring him back to have it fixed. So I did bring him back a couple days later along with my three other children. We waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes, when I walked back there the dentist met me in the hall and told me “oh I did that on purpose so nothing can ever get in between the two teeth“ “sorry I didn’t tell you“ he refused to look at it or try to fix it and sent me away…. In my heart I still didn’t think it was right. Quick internet search will tell you that. So I took him to his regular dentist to evaluate. Lo and behold…both fillings still had decay underneath them, there is a nice little gap in there for food to get caught and cause more damage, because we cannot floss. His gums were already red and inflamed from this work. Plus the experienced dentist whom I trust very much with my children, told me they never teach that in dental school. He said it will cause a lot of issues. So now my son has to have one of those teeth extracted and a crown put on the other!? Costly for us to say the least. I didn’t write this review yet because I didn’t want to be nasty. This all took place mid July… I have been on the phone multiple times with their manager who has a assured me that regional manager will call me back to talk about a refund. Every single time over the past several weeks when they say they’ll give me a call they never do. This is the manager and the mysterious regional manager who I have never spoken to. I’ve been more than patient and respectful on the phone with their staff about the whole deal. I was charged $113 for a botched job which caused my son further damage to his molar teeth which now is going to cost me nearly $400 to have repaired. Dental Depot should be responsible for both bills, and I don’t believe that young dentist should have his job anymore. Don’t take your kids to these people if you have anything more than a cleaning to be done.

Dental Depot is fast, friendly and thorough. My son and I have gone there for several years. They are good with insurance and affordable for self pay and co pays. Jean did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth today.

Brittney the hygienist is great! Very friendly and puts me at ease. I am someone who gets major anxiety about going to the dentist and she definitely does a great job with walking you through everything she’s doing and making sure you’re comfortable. I could not be more appreciative.

This office is great! The staff is super friendly! They were on it and ready to go from the start! I’ve never had this great of an experience and I’ve been to several dentists. Finally found one that works and can’t wait to get my daughter here for her appointment!

I had a very experienced hygienist, Everyone very friendly.

I have been bringing my son here for 2 years, and we have never had a bad experience. The staff is always super friendly and we get great care. My son actually gets excited about going to see the dentist. I also love that they send text reminders about your appointment.

I had an excellent experience at this Dental Depot! The front desk was very helpful with filling out paperwork. My hygienist Brittany did a fantastic job of making my visit quick and comfortable. The doctor was awesome at ensuring everything was taken care of. I felt great after my cleaning.

Everyone was amazing!!! The staff was quick, and very efficient in getting me in quickly and out quickly. This was my first time and I would highly recommended coming here. My crown came off and I was able to get right in no questions asked. Quality care and quality service! One negative thing that I did not like is the dentist comes in to see you then leaves and someone else comes in to discuss insurance and payments then once that is covered your dental care can proceed with the dentist. Thank you!

I had a few different procedures scheduled today but halfway through i started having a panic attack. The doctor and nurses were very respectful and were able to quickly get the current procedure to a stopping point so I could leave and deal with it. I'll be happy coming back in the future to complete the work knowing that the staff is so supportive!
