Dental Depot

I took my 16 month old here because I needed a referral for treatment. The doctor barely even looked in her mouth and said “She has cavities because you breastfeed her. You need to tell her no and give her water instead”. The assistant was also only asking questions related to me breastfeeding. They both seemed to essentially Shane me for breastfeeding and I can only assume they don’t have children of their own.

Everyone from start to finish made feel so at ease. I was scared to death avoided dentist they calmed my nerves right away!! Wished I had not waited as long as I did for much needed care. Thank you all

I am from out of state here working and I cracked a tooth Icalled and scheduled an appointment they got me in and took care of my issue without a long wait I was extremely happy with the people and the service and the dentist himself was a great guy . Every one was awesome if I lived here I Dental Depot would be my dentist thank you guys for fitting me in your busy schedule

Great a fast services I lost all my teeth but were given my smile that's so great pain free and amazed on how much greater I look thank you dental depot

They double book me for an appointment and told me to come back hours later. That through off my schedule! When I got back, the hygienist didn't cleaning the top row of my teeth. She just poked around
my mouth making snide comments about my teeth saying "it ain't easy cleaning teeth like yours." Poor service here at this location.

Do NOT go here, especially if you have shared custody with kids!! We were with them for 6 years, personally signed my child up there. My number got dropped from the list of contacts for my child somehow, leaving only dad and step mom’s on there. I was told since an appointment wasn’t confirmed, they wouldn’t see her upon arrival even though I personally had never been contacted or informed of this policy. Check with dad and stepmom, also unaware of policy. Additionally, I called before because I had trouble getting my child out of school that day (took 30 minutes) so we were going to be late - they said if we arrived by 15 after she could be seen so I told them I’d call them back shortly. I did when we were on the way and that’s the first time they try to say we need to reschedule even though we were to arrive by 10 minutes after which was what I called them back to say and they point to the non-confirmation as the reason. They lie to my face about saying it in the first call about rescheduling. They do see her though we have to wait... We give them a chance for a filling…. And no confirmation call at all. In fact, I left a voicemail to confirm the appointment the night before because her dad me and her stepmom hadn’t received any confirmation anything. All 3 numbers were correct when I arrived (I double-checked given what happened last time). Upon my child getting called back for the appointment, I first find out SoonerCare wasn’t going to cover the filling (child’s very first one). They claimed they spoke to a man about the costs yesterday and confirmed the appointment. I don’t know WHO this office talked to about my child’s private medical information but it was NOT a guardian of hers!! We walked out. Go here if you want HIPAA violations and blatant lies to your face!!!

My son and I both appreciate DrO she is an actual dentist that cares about each one of her patients she has a heart thank you Dr O

Who ever books appointments is terrible. I confirmed appointments and they said I didn't thankfully it's done by text and I showed the lady. They said they double booked because of it. We did get seen but it was rushed no cleanings or anything.

Dental Depot is a clean environment place when walking in the building an friendly people at work place an friendly smiles an hard workers at what they do an wonderful teeth they are the best

I was so nervous to be seen but everyone was so friendly and mase sure I was okay. Quick and mostly painless. If I have any issues again I'll be going back
