Dental Depot

I have been going here for 6 years almost now and I honestly would not recommend it any longer. I called the day before my appointment and they scheduled the appointment and everything for me that was to be the next day they then didn't have a number on record for me and needed to change my appointment so I was unable to be seen that day even though I drove all the way there from South Broken Arrow and I had to reschedule for the next day. At my appointment the $65 I was told that my recementing of my crown would cost ended up costing $80 and they didn't even recement my crown because they were unable to get it off of my tooth. It had only moved down slightly so I couldn't get it taken off to be recemented. The two ladies were super nice and sweet and helpful That's the only reason this place is getting two stars I would give zero if it wasn't for that because I just paid $80 for absolutely nothing except some x-rays and I wasn't aware that x-rays were needed or were not a part of the 65$ plan.

Great staff, quick first time exam and flexible scheduling. They expected to take me back and remove my wisdom tooth in question SAME DAY. Unfortunately, I had to put a hold on it because of work but even they scheduling is wonderful. If there's any dentistry doing it right, it is Dental Depot.

I love this place for dental work. I called on an emergency basis with a broken tooth and they were able to get me in within a couple of hours. I specifically requested to see Dr Do and he looked at my broken tooth and told me what he thought we should do to fix it. It was conservative first with a possibility of a crown if the fix didn’t hold. I had no problem with that as he has fixed my other teeth that had broken and they are still good. He is an excellent dentist and takes great care to make sure the work you need done is appropriate. Would highly recommend Dental Depot. Took me a long time to find such a great place!

Niak and Tamika did such an amazing job! So friendly! Offered water, clean environment! They made my visit so far the best from any dental location that I have been too! Thank you so much for the work you did to my teeth. And I was a new patient as well and they saw me same day! Great place! 😁❤

Had 830 appt for cleaning. As soon as I was called back about 25 minutes after my appt lady tells me they are behind...would've been nice if the front desk would let you know when you check in that they are behind. Four stars because I've been coming here for years. Sad Dr. Do and Dr. Muhammad are gone...they seemed very understanding and nice! Brittany the hygienist, was awesome..kept me informed on what she was doing and gave me tips on how to better floss and keep my teeth in perfect health in-between cleanings..
The lady who did the polishing needs to be gentler with the water..she was scraping the water thingy on my gums..multiple times..

This visit was for my son and they were prompt and very thorough.

I rate them a 1 because they keep mailing me bills for dental services that my insurance already paid, I paid my portion as well! Every time I call they say they're going to audit it and fix it. But that's obviously not being done!! Today I was told the amount I owe is almost $1400 MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE???!! NO WAY AM I PAYING THAT! These surprise biilling practices are AGAINST the law

My kids had their first dental appt here. I was so impressed at how patient they were with my 3 year old. The hygienist explained what each thing was to my son, and how they worked. It was quick and painless, and even though i arrived 20 minutes early, I barely had to wait any time at all which was wonderful. They also had trains running through the office which my son loved. Each of the kids got their new toothbrushes and free tshirts. I would definitely recommend to anyone with small children.
