It has been a while since I was in for a cleaning and felt kinda nervous but Julie made me feel comfortable and at home. You can tell she loves what she does and cares about her patients. She is really awesome and efficient. When Dr.Davis did my exam, I did not feel as nervous and anxious as I thought I would be. Doctors, in general intimidate me but Dr. Davis did not. I really enjoyed my visit and can't wait to get my teeth cleaning again!

Though I have moved out of Tulsa, I am finishing up my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Davis. I can already see great results and look forward to my new smile! The front office and staff have been great to work with. I would recommend their office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I had a great time at Perfect Smile Tulsa. I always look forward to going, not only because they have the nicest employees but they have cookies to munch on at the end or even before your cleaning. I love having Julie Weast do my cleaning, she is so loving and really makes sure you're comfortable. I recommend perfect smile to anyone.

Makayla, the Dental Assistant, and Jessica, my Hygienist, did a fantastic job today. The experience was wonderful, much better than I expected given it was a trip to the dentist. Dr. Davis is the best dentist I've been to!

I enjoyed my experience, for the most part. Everyone was nice and seemed knowledgable, and I will return. However, I spent 4 hours during my very first visit there, just to get a partial cleaning a 4 fillings. I was left waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes or more with a half numbed face, then another 30-45 minutes in the chair waiting for the fillings. I became frustrated after waiting so long the second time. Still, giving 4 stars because despite the waiting, they did a good job and treated me well.

Too many patients and not enough staff to handle inquiries. Very expensive and I never met the Dentist at either appointment I had with them. After Perfect Smile cancelled my last appointment I was unable to get a returned call from them to set up a new appointment. Overall the staff was nice and the facility was impressive. I decided to find a new Dentist.

Terrible Customer Service. I felt like I was always treated poorly. Every time I had a scheduled appointment (scheduled 4 weeks prior), they would make me wait a minimum of 20 min- MINIMUM, sometimes even over 30 min.
I paid for a $5,000 Invisalign treatment and at the end of it they wanted me to pay EXTRA for a retainer. The Doctor rarely saw me during my treatment, I was mostly seen by the Dental Assistants and I was not at all happy with my results. After being treated so poorly and having bad customer service experiences with perfect Smile- the last thing I wanted to do was go back and schedule another appointment and keep going back to that practice.
Let's just say I DON'T LIKE THE WAY THEY RUN THEIR AIRLINE and I DO NOT recommend you to go there.
I hope they change their customer service plan because those warm cookies are not working...

I had a wonderful experience at The Perfect Smile. The staff was very friendly! Julie is my hygienist, and she did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, her assistant Courtney was very sweet, they are both very efficient workers. I felt like the staff really cared and was happy to see me. Julie and Courtney make a great team! I will have them cleaning my teeth for years to come!! Thanks guys!!
