This was the worst dentist or doctor of any kind I have visited in my life. They got me in the same day for a non-emergency which should have been my first red flag. They served me cookies and pop while I waited. I went in to see about Invisiline which should have taken one hour total. I left 5 hours later. You see, their goal was to see how much they could sell me before I left their clinic. It was a crazy nightmare. All of the personnel had on the headsets to better enable them to get as many patients in one day as possible. It was like a Seinfeld episode. I would be talking to one gal and she would be gone and another would come in 15 minutes later while talking on the headset. It was nuts. I didn't even have anything wrong with pain in my teeth and the dentist ended filling a tooth. Whaaaat? He not only pulled it. He did a horrible job, probably because he was only in there for about 10 minutes, as they fit me in the same day. It was so painful I thought I was going to have to go to the emergency room. Another kind dentist helped fix his botched job, thank God. When the assistants tried to make my plates to see about my Invisiline they couldn't get them in my mouth correctly and started calling in the office staff to try to push them in. It was unreal. They tried to hard sell me on everything they had in that clinic. I truly know that if he was the first dentist I visited in my life I would never go to another dentist ever again. I do not want this to happen to another person in Tulsa and in turn, needed to write this review. They give you gift cards for writing a good review for them on google just to make sure they get some good reviews I suspect.There are too many good dentists out there that care about you. Please find one of them.

Answers phones professional and greets professional, the assistants makes you feel comfortable during procedures, relaxing environment! There are tvs to watch while you relax in a chair, the Dentist is professional and helps you feel comfortable! Very clean and pleasant office!! Love! Love! This Place!!

I have been a patient of Perfect Smile for 2 years and during this time have endured countless phone calls about "opportunities" for teeth cleaning etc.. ( It's like a hard sell at a car dealership!) We put up with it anyway and have been faithful patients. In December, they ran a special for implants and we paid them $4800 for several implants that I would need in the coming year. Unfortunately we found out that I needed more extensive work done than they could do so I was referred to an oral surgeon for bone reconstruction. The money that we had over paid Perfect Smile had somehow dwindled to $3200 (we asked for an accounting for this and after 5 phone calls and several months, finally were given a sheet with numbers on it with nothing that explained anything I could understand)- ok fine. In May, I called AGAIN asking for the over-pay to be put back on our credit card and was told it would be done "within the day" by Ronel. June rolled around and still no refund. I called and was told the person who had to sign off on this (the office CPA) was "on vacation". The next week my husband and I went up there and spoke to Ronel in person. She again said it would be done within a day. My husband called up there 2 weeks ago and was told again by Ronel that it would be done "within two weeks". Today they aren't answering my phone calls and my surgery is scheduled for Friday. I love most of the employees there but this is clearly NOT the way to do business and I'm so frustrated. I'm at the end of my rope and maybe legal action is the only way this will be resolved. I've been told by several friends who work in dental offices that it only takes FIVE MINUTES for a refund to be put back on a card. Please be cautious when using this office for anything that involves accounting!!

Do NOT go to this dentist. He will sit you down and tell you that you have a ton of fillings that are all coincidentally in between your teeth and cannot be seen. According to them I have $3,200 of cavities alone. Instead of focusing on the issues at hand they offer whitening and other cosmetics. They told me originally that I had 13 cavities that all happened to be in between my teeth and couldnt be seen. Believing them, we got three of them fixed a few months later. Less than a year after that one of the fillings got so loose I could wiggle it with my tongue. He fixed it for free and apologized. Thinking it was just an accident I thought nothing of it. A couple of years later, well into my college career I bit into a HotPocket and crunched down on something just before intense pain shot through my cavity. Now I'm mad and refuse to go back but decided it was my only option. They tried to make me pay for their mistake AGAIN. This is the third time I will have to get this filling done. Curious after I stormed out of their office I looked up their reviews. Not a single bad review on their website. But once I looked at Google and other websites I realized he has been feeding everyone the same story. They all had a large amount of cavities between the teeth that couldnt be seen and would cost between $2,000 and $3,500. He is a scam artist who lies to his customers and take advantage of their lack of dental knowledge to get money. He should be shut down.

I had 30 minutes to get to work. I'd arrived 10 minutes late. I thought I'd have to reschedule, but no. These folks got me ready and done in exactly as much time as they say they would do it in. It was phenomenal, and I got to work on time. Thanks, Perfect Smile!

I can't thank you enough for getting Tanner in so quickly. When we have needed you most for his dental problems and even in this case which we felt was pretty much a emergency you where there for us. I recommend Dr Mark Davis and his caring staff. Thank you again for getting Tanner in so quickly. I was very unsatisfied with the way the office handled my finances, when i first visited the office, i told them upfront that if there were any charges whatsoever that i would have to pay out of pocket that i wanted to know upfront, needless to say about 6 months after my services in which the office told me was completely covered by my insurance and i would not owe any out of pocket money, i received a letter from the office saying i had a balance. After countless emails to the office i finally got a response from someone that said they made a mistake and would be taking care of the balance and i had nothing else to worry about. Well now, over a year later i receive a collection notice on my credit report for this charge that was suppose to be taken care of. What an inconvenience to me, and now in the process of trying to buy a home, i have a collection on my report. I will not be returning for service from this place nor will i recommend anyone else to them.

My assistant, Sam, was extremedy knowledgeable. She was friendly & extremely patient with all the questions we had. She had the answers to all our questions as well!! This whole office has the best! Everyone is attentive, patient & knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better dentist.
