Perfect Smile - Dentist in Tulsa, OK

Our 9 year old daughter had a dental emergency on a weekend. We contacted our dentist offices emergency line and they were absolutely amazing! They came in and had us meet them at the office right away! We are so thankful to have this type of dental care for our family!

It was very Pleasant and explained everything well to me it’s the first time I’ve been to him. He told me everything I needed to do to make my teeth look good. And so we are working on a plan.

I initially scheduled an appt here for a teeth whitening special they had running. Upon arrival, they did x-rays and had the dentist look at my teeth before proceeding with the whitening. After looking at the x-ray, the dentist told me I had two cavities. She looked at my teeth and told me I needed to get them filled otherwise I will eventually need a root canal. I was thoroughly confused because I had just been to my dentist 3 weeks prior and they said my teeth looked great. They also did x-rays and did not see any cavities. I thought that I should get these x-rays done here sent over to my original dentist to have her look at them because I could not believe that they had just missed two cavities when I was there three weeks prior. I decided to go ahead and schedule an appt at A Perfect Smile to have the cavity filled, but also scheduled an appt with my original dentist to get a second opinion. My dentist looked at my teeth AND the x-rays and said I absolutely had no cavities. She couldn’t even find what they were talking about. To think I was about to have my teeth drilled into for absolutely no reason is terrifying and and a huge disappointment. Especially in times where people are struggling ends meet. I would not recommend going here. Seems to me they are creating dental issues for people without dental issues all for money.

Wish I could give negative 5 stars rating. Was told I had a ton of cavities. That insurance would cover most of it for right and left side with some cash due. I was okay with that. Had my fillings done with Dr.davis which was painful and felt like it was burning/sharp when filing down. After, they told me I owed 500$, maxed out my insurance, only for the rightside, leftside not included. I had to return 2x which was even more painful during due to the dentist not paying attention or his visions bad. I followed up with a different office since I kept having pain, chipping, uneven fillings in random places even on the sides of my teeth that Dr.Davis did. Not only did this new Dr show me the xrays of the disastrous work that was done but also told me zero cavities on left side. I was in disbelief when I saw the xray. It was chipping where he did the fillings and looked like my toddler could've done a better job. Thankfully it was back teeth but no one enjoys eating chunks of fillings falling off into their mouth or biting down/drinking hot or cold drinks with pain. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get hustled and walk out with a mess.

Very friendly, very kind and caring people. Not too costly at all and will work with you however you may need.

My Hygienist was amazing!! I haven’t been because of COVID. So, my first time back in 2 years. My experience was great!! I love Dr. Davis and his staff!! Beat Dentist EVER!

This is one of the most friendly dentists I have gone to. The staff makes you feel at home. After the doctor sees you, the assistant explains everything in detail on what work needs to be done on your teeth in a manner that the patient can understand. They tell you up front how much you will have to pay after the insurance pays.

I have been a patient of Dr. Davis for over 10 years. Always kind and friendly. They do they’re best to keep you informed on the health of your teeth, and are up front on the cost of procedures.

Went in for initial consultation; everyone was very polite and professional. I am hoping I have found a great dentist for all my future dental needs
