Family Dentistry of Yukon

I love love love Family Dentistry! They have been taking care of our family for the last few years since we moved to this area. We moved again almost an hour away and tried a dentist office closer to home and decided that we are going to make the drive to Family Dentistry even though it's much further. The staff really does care and the office is very organized so you know when your appointment is and how much your dental work will cost. The transition between each area is awesome. They are the only dental office that i have seen that talks to each other like they do in restaurants. Passing you to the next specialist is so professional and seamless.
I'm including the front desk in the process. From the front desk all the way through - these guys are GREAT. If needed, they will work with your insurance to make sure you are getting all of the coverage that is listed in your policy.
By the way, I'm a real fan of the light sedation for the longer procedures. This office are pro's at that too. Give them one appointment and you will have found a Dental Clinic for life!

Rushed my procedure while running around assisting other patients and when I called back about my bite not connecting which would take 5 mins to fix I was told I wouldn’t be helped for two and a half weeks! They rushed to get me in when money was high but now that the fix would be free I’m not getting help appropriately! I also did not appreciate being looked at up and down and judge when asked if I have kids and This person stated “why not by your age I had all my kids and they also have kids” thanks a lot I’m going through infertility issues and would loved to have had all my kids by now!

Our family of 5 has had nothing but great experiences at Yukon Family Dentistry. Dr. Lee is professional, gentle, and very knowledgeable. All procedures and diagnosis's from him have been great and correct. We also love the staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. We highly recommend Yukon Family Dentistry.

I went to Family Dentistry of Yukon after seeing beautiful results of a co-worker. I have a huge fear of dentists. Dr. Tran and the whole staff are amazing. They have ereased those fears. Her voice is very calming and reassuring. I always wanted a beautiful smile. Dr. Tran and her team gave me that smile! My teenage daughter loves them. They even sent her a thank you card for being a great first patient. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I love the team and office of Family Dentistry of Yukon. They male you feel at home. Justin is always pleasant and a pleasure to work with. The Dentists and their assistants are amazing. The team takes care of our family. They always make sure you are comfortable through out each procedure. I highly recommend this office and team!

I wasn’t able to find a babysitter for my baby, so I nervously took him with me to my appointment to get some cavities filled. The dentist and his assistant were very happy to keep me updated with how he was doing, without me even asking.

Also, one of my front teeth had a chip in it and I had asked if they would fix it. Although it was not part of my appointment, they offered to do it right then! I’m so happy with my experience.

The staff and Dr. Castille were all very kind and helpful! I felt respected and cared for as a patient and am looking forward to future visits.

Awesome people work here! Never thought I’d be ok with going to the dentist. They changed that! I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience! From the moment you step in the door, you feel welcome. From the assistant, to the hygienist, to Dr. Taw - all know their respective jobs, they work as a team , and they go the extra mile to ensure you understand what’s happening. The folks that work in appointment and billing are equally as competent and they never leave a question you might have unanswered. Family Dentistry is ran the way a “family business” should be ran.

I love Dr.Patel. She is very personable and sweet. She does excellent work and cares about any pain. She's good to take very good care of me. I went to her because a coworker had beautiful work done by her and referred me. I'm referring everyone I can! Her staff are equally wonderful!
However....
I needed to see my dentist unscheduled one afternoon, and went up there. Unfortunately she wasn't available to me and Dr.Tran seen me. I will say I never want to see her again. She is very rude and bossy. She wanted to give me a 20 minute speech on smoking. I didn't appreciate it because I already see my medical doctor for my lung disease, whom speeches to me regularly. Forgive me, I'm trying to cut out smoking. But Dr. Tran can butt out please. If Dr Tran would have been my dentist from the start, I wouldn't have returned after visiting her once.
Dr.Patel is the greatest angel sent from dentist heaven!
