Over all the people were nice HOWEVER THE refusal to just pull the tooth regardless of my pain will cause me more issues. Now a portion of my limited coverage is waisted.
Update. Not only did I finally get the tooth removed. But it took 3 hrs because of they refusal to just pull the tooth, and not try cutting it up and out.

We have gone here, as a family, for the past three years. The reason I love this office is I walk in, and I am remembered and so are my kids. I traded the "train" dentist, where I never felt like I saw the same person twice, to a small, local office. ;)

Since day one everyone has always been so sweet!! I've never felt pressured to do any procedures and everyone is knowledgeable with any questions I ever have I've recommend two people to them so far and will continue to do so if I'm ever asked!

At first I thought this was a great place. They gave me a quote and everything was pretty thorough on procedures. The gas they charged me for (full price) I didnt get until 3/4 of the way through my procedure. Then they couldnt get me numb enough but worked on me anyway. When installing the crown, it wouldn't quite fit, so instead of re-sizing the crown , they ground my tooth down ( Im assuming to get more business from me later). THEN after all that they put me through, when it was time to pay it was $750 intead of the $438 we originally agreed on. I will never go here again! And I would think twice before going here! Good luck if you do!

This is a great place and all the employees are very nice and professional. Emily S. is my dental hygienist and she was great! She is very knowledgeable and personable. I felt very comfortable and she worked quickly and efficiently.

Yesterday at 4pm they sent me a reminder about my appointment for 8am today. I show up exactly on time and they tell me I had to "confirm" my appointment so they cancelled it. What a croc! I took time off work for them just to tell me "come back later". I have NO voicemails or any notification from them. Like I said, at 4pm yesterday, THEY send me a message to remind me to SHOW UP!
