I never leave bad reviews but when bad things happen to my children I'm not happy. This was the worst dentist visit. We are new to the area and my son needed a tooth pulled & a small cavity filled. The appointment took 1 hr 40 min, all they did was do a tiny filling and didn't pull his tooth. Forgot to give him nitrous oxide which I signed for right before he went back. He felt the filling and said they were yanking his tooth. They ran out of time to finish. I'm so freaking mad. His face was swollen and red from crying & now I know the sound I heard from the waiting room was my baby moaning in pain. Now wish me luck to ever get him to go to a dentist again.
And I had a cleaning last week which felt like they were just adding things up to get me to come back. Everything was negative.
