Had my teeth cleaned but the doctor was too busy to check them afterwards so I was told to come back the following day for another appointment. I have never had an office do this before. It seemed odd and honestly a waste of my time. I had to drive back the next day and wait 30 minutes to be seen for my new patient exam (which lasted all of 5 minutes).
Giving 3 stars because the receptionist Tiffany was really sweet.

I have been with Smile Keeps for over a year and I personally have found them to be Professional, Kind, Caring and willing to work with you in scheduling. I totally deal with Dentist Anxiety and each and every one of the gals and doctors understood my emotions and totally worked with me to make me comfortable. They took me in and treated me with Kit gloves and it made sure i was comfortable before starting any procedure. I love the doctors there and have had interactions with each one. The front office people are friendly and always willing to help. I must say that I have read the other reviews and I am personally shocked by the ugliness of some people, and I have NEVER had a bad experience. Smile Keeps has made my Smile better and I will keep supporting them in the future.

The people in this office are genuinely caring, kind and compationate. My procedure went without a hitch, 6 teeth pulled. š
When I ent to leave, I tripped and fell and they were there to make sure I was OK. Even walked me to the car. I highly recommend this dental office.ššš

I would not recommend this dentist for your child. I have a foster child that needs 4+ fillings, and three times now they have scheduled his appointment. They wasted our time, did nothing to help with his teeth- and each time tell me they are referring him to another clinic over 30 miles away-TWO PLUS months from now, no matter how much I explain I can't travel that far for appointments due to work and other children's appointments....I've been trying to get these fillings done since April, grrr!

Really great and gentle! The entire staff was hilarious and they even entertained me with cool teeth facts when I asked. Also, they let me keep my teeth after they pulled them. Probably the best dentist I've ever been to.

I recently took my daughter in for an appointment due to her wisdom teeth coming in, with the possibility of having them pulled. She has a great deal of anxiety so this was extremely stressful to her. The dentist she has had for years retired which added the stress of having to see a new desist as well. Knowing the level of my daughters anxiety the assistant, Becky Carpenter, informed the new dentist so she would be aware of the situation. Dr. Marynak came in the room and instantly calmed my daughter, reminding her to breathe, and talking calmly. I have never seen a dentist show so much regard for the well being of my child! She went above and beyond her responsibility as a dentist and my daughter is no longer scared about having a new dentist.

Front desk and Dentist are reliably friendly and professional, the hygienist constantly discusses how much she dislikes certain patients. The hygienist also was blatantly and aggressively rude if I asked any questions at all. I dont understand why she works there if she dislikes patients so openly.
