I was in need of a emergency visit, and the staff at HR Dental were able to get me in right away. Subsequently, I was not in a position to save my tooth, and needed to have it extracted. Dr.Haynie and Lauren made me comfortable, and assured me that this was going to be a pain free procedure. Not only were they spot on, but in just a little over an hour, my sick tooth was a memory, and I was on my way back to work...PAIN FREE!. Such a gentle and caring touch, as well as an awesome staff. My first appointment with Hood River Dental was in 2006 with Curtis Haynie and Julia Gonzales. Over the years I have continued routine care with Julia and her expert care and knowledge has helped me maintain excellent oral hygiene. My team consisting of Dr. Haynie, Dr. Payne, and Dr. Andy Burton have performed restorations, cavity fillings, same-day crowns, reconstructive surgery, implant placement, and grafting. My confident smile was restored with the painless Invisalign. Any fears or reservations I had were met with honesty, respect, and time for clarification. Highly recommend!

Dr. Haynie is very kind, patient and intelligent. Dr.Haynie solved my sleep apnea with a custom made oral appliance which is very comfortable. Dr. Haynie was careful to create something that was effective. A lifetime of snoring was gone after the first use!
Dr.Haynie is also very patient with my endless questions and curiosity. He is also very kind to try different solutions to fit my needs. He never forces procedures, instead he gives me options to analyze.
The best thing about Dr.Haynie is his calming personality. Having bad experiences with other dentists prior to Hood River Dental, I am always a little nervous going in, but his calm personality calms me down. So, if you have a fear of dentists he is a good choice to get over your fear.
The hygienists, assistants and office staff are all very professional and caring. Everyone cares about doing their best and taking care of you. I enjoy their dedication to excellence.

I have been seeing Dr. Haynie for years and have to say that I am impressed with both the professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff. Having a family member in the dental field, I can say that it's nice to have a Dentist who is current and up to date with their practice and isn't just about drilling and pulling teeth. Everything from my apnea to the jaw development of my children has been addressed, treated and improved by their practice.

I have very high anxiety about the dentist and pain. I of course told them : / They assured me that I was in great hands with Dr. Haynie. I was not sure. I have never gone to a dentist that says " I'm not going to give you any pain" and actually follow through..from beginning to end. I never write reviews but if you have high anxiety about dental work and pain.....Dr. Haynie is the Dentist you need to go to. His staff is awesome too.
