I got really anxious because of my anxiety about the numbing...I don't like numbing..I won't even use orajel.. and Dr. Bhui was absolutely AMAZING! He helped me calm down talked to me throughout everything making it light and fun! My extraction was sone flawlessly, quickly, and painlessly! I honestly can't say enough great things about this doctor and his wonderful wonderful staff!!!! I will never go anywhere else as long as he is here! If you have anxiety..come here this is the place for you! Just listen and let him help and you will feel better instantly! đđđđ

Today my dad,a 70 years old Man was seen by doctor Bhui. He went for an extracciĂłn as he had a lot of pain.my dad was a little scared about the whole thing. Once he came out of the doctors office the first thing he said was ..What a great experience.I was in a lot of pain and the care i obtained today by the doctor, front desk lady and everyone there really,was amazing and made a big difference... thanks gentle care Portland .. gracias we will definitely be back for any dental care

I wanted to like this Dental practice because I live nearby, but unfortunately after my first teeth cleaning experience I will not be returning nor would I recommend my friends or family.
1. The dental hygienists hands smelled of cigarettes during the cleaning.
2. The dentist was pushy in a sales way advising me to do treatments I didnât necessarily need, but simply because my insurance would pay for it.
3. They charged me for a fluoride treatment which I specifically declined numerous times because my insurance does not cover. When I called Dental Care of Portland to have my claim corrected I was told by the lady on the phone that âthey charge every customer for a fluoride treatment on the claim, but wonât send a bill to the customer.â This sounds like a SCAM.
I am still waiting for my corrected claim and I would like this resolved ASAP please.

I met Dr. Bhui at the Labor Day picnic for Union members at Oaks Park in Portland. He had a banner about dental implants, so I went up to meet him and speak to him regarding my fear of side effects I'd heard about with implants. He assured me that I was a good candidate for the procedure, and I was able scheduled a consult with his Portland office, as well as my annual check up and cleaning.
The exam, cleaning, and consult for implants, went even better than I expected! Dr. Bhui, as well as his assistant, were kind, gentle, and professional, in every way.
The office manager, Prahb, spoke with our insurance company, worked with me on an affordable payment plan, and scheduled my double implant surgery in their Vancouver office in a timely manner.
Thrilled to say my double implant surgery was a huge success, and Dr. Bhui's caring follow up calls/texts, were very much appreciated by my care giver husband, as well as myself!

I got an implant there. The day of the implant, I expected to be out of commission for the rest of the dayâswollen, bleeding, gross. Instead, by the time the Novocain wore off an hour later, I was ready to eat dinner! The pain was so minimal, and no swelling. I didnât even take ibuprofen! Plus, Dr. Bhui took a ton of x-rays along the way to make sure everything was in the right place. Thanks, Dr. Bhui for doing such a great job.
