Offered to see me though they are not my primary dentist because I was traveling. Very kind and helpful staff.

DON'T COME HERE!! It was nice to have a crown ready in 2 hours but after 4 years it broke and fell with apparently no reason. I eat normal and do dental checks every 6 months that always go without incidents. Not sure these crowns have a short life or the dentist did a very bad job. Remember most of the insurance companies, only cover one crown every 5-7 years. CHOOSE WISELY!

I am also writing this review 2 years after moving to a different dentist. I moved because I thought it was weird that every time I went to GP Dentistry they were finding "dental problems", I've always been very healthy and barely had procedures with my previous dentist before moving to Portland (I've done my dental checks every 6 months for more than 10 years).
Now at my new dentist, where I keep going every 6 months for a check, it's my first time in need of a procedure and guess what? All related to what they did at Grant Park Dentistry! I feel completely scammed and I relate so much to previous reviews. I was new in town with a new insurance, easy money! I am so glad I left.

I have been a patient at Grant Park Denistry for the past 5 years. I have always found the staff to be kind and courteous.
As someone who has aniety regarding going to the dentist, Jay McKennon at the front desk consistently provides a warm, friendly welcome. Vhelpful in calming my nerves prior to my treatments.
Recently I had a serious of gum grafts done by Dr Luis Pagan. What a Gem! His attention to detail, efficiency and his gentle bed side manor was very helpful throughout . Also, I very much appreciated his follow up check in's after each the 3 procedures.

Dr. Ashley Chung is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever met. It’s not just because of the quality of work, she is also extremely ethical in her practice and do the right thing for her patients. She is constantly learning and keeps the treatment procedures up to date. Her support team also does a great job taking care of the client.

Amazing providers and staff. Dr. Ash is great at her job and she is an inspiring person. She has a true love of dentistry, something I would never have though about until I had the honor of chatting with her. She cares a tremendous amount about her work which makes her exceptional at patient care.

I cancelled my 2 scheduled treatment appointments after having a consultation and then a cleaning. The technicians and the dentist I met with were fine. The front desk is to blame on this. Jay the office manager asked me why I was annoyed by my experiences so far at the office. I told him my fiancé and I waited over 30 minutes past our appointment times for our consultations. I was shocked we didn’t get a cleaning after consultation. He claims he told me there wouldn’t be time for a cleaning. The email for the new patient login takes forever in office. I was told it had been emailed to me prior to my appointment. It was resent while I was in the office, I still never got it. The actual form takes 10 minutes to fill out. Then when my fiancé was given 2 offices to visit for his recommended root canal, one was in Hillsboro, the other Tigard. Ridiculous commute for the number of dentists in Portland proper that can perform that service. When he didn’t like my list he told me he was done (done listening to me) His solution: I was free to leave and not to have my cleaning there. It has been 2 years since I had a cleaning due to COVID and truly needed one, I said no I’m getting one, I’ve waited too long already since I had to make another appointment weeks later after consultation. When the hygienist took my blood pressure it was 146/92. The hygienist was concerned. I told her it was a direct result of dealing with the front desk. During the first consultation my blood pressure was 122/64 surprisingly low after I waited over 30 minutes just to see someone for X-rays. I’m sure Jay thinks he’s giving great customer service. The only reason I changed dental offices was that I didn’t commute to work anymore and wanted a place closer to home. The first impression at the office was bad. The second was rude. Well Grant Park Dentistry may have well filled my mouth with metal because that place puts a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll take my business back to my old place. Time for a nice drive.

Really great dentist option. Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming. You never really have to wait to be seen more than 5 minutes. They offer all your options up front with the costs associated and make sure you understand all financial options to pay as well. They are also clear on your plan moving forward how to best take care of your individual needs. I recommended them to anyone!

I have never felt so welcomed at a dentist's office. I really appreciated how thoroughly Steven, Dr. K, and Jay explained everything - especially the fees, and how my insurance applied. There were no surprises, and I was treated so respectfully. Not every doctor treats you as a human instead of as a case, and I can't tell you what that means to folks who have medical anxiety. I was one nervous nelly when I came in because it had been a hot minute since I had a dentist look at my chompers, but that went away really quickly. 10/10, I've already referred your office to three people. What a beacon of hope to people who hate the dentist!

Speaking to a review left here by Jamie Mignone : it sounds like you are editorializing a lot in your review and projecting some unresolved trauma inside yourself on the staff at that office. Your trauma is your responsibility to manage. Jay isn't your stepfather, he's a person working a job. My experience with Jay could not be more opposed to the contents of Jamie's review. Jay was direct, forthright, and compassionate. If you're looking for smoke to be blown up your you-know-what, YOU sound more like yesterday's man than Jay did. It's 2021, honey. We treat people with dignity now.

l had a great experience and they did a great job.
l have been in the USA 5 years and changed dentist every 6 to 12 months. Finally, l found my dentist whose is very warm and welcoming.

My first time coming here and new to the area stumbled across this dentist office. Amazing service all around down to the Receptionist , Dentist and Dental assistants. This place is the best!!!! Great customer service is on point and everyone greets you with a smile and such a great welcoming atmosphere. I’m so happy I came across the dentist office in grant park area. You’ll be seeing a lot of me and my business . Come here if you like great deals and exceptional treatment as well above and beyond service like no other . Thanks guys keep up the great work !!!!:)
