My husband got a wisdom tooth removed here in March. The bleeding did not stop for the better part of a day, even after he applied pressure as the dentist advised. The Timber Dental surgeon was rude to my husband on the phone, blaming him and expressing little sympathy. We spent the evening in the emergency room. We will not be returning to Timber Dental due to their poor communication in this emergency.

I was dreading this root canal having had a traumatic experience with dentist in Paris. The doctor and assistant at Timber were very understanding and sensitive to this. Took great care and time to explain every move every step of the way. And guess what ? ZERO PAIN!! Thanks Timber. Best ever.

I had three root canals last Saturday morning, and Dr. McCunniff performed them flawlessly. I'm so impressed. No pain, perfectly sealed. Obviously time will tell if the issues heal/resolve, but so far I have to give 5 stars for the treatment. I will absolutely come back for future endodontic needs.

This was my first time to Timber dental. It was really easy to schedule an online appointment for an Emergency visit. The communication was really good, and clear. I feel like I received too many texts for my personal preference, but I also understand this can be helpful for others. It was very clean, modern, and everyone was very friendly! The dentist was authentic and easy to talk with. We made a good and easy plan. I actually look forward to going back!

Love Timber Dental Downtown! Heidi, my hygienist, took her time with the cleaning. She explained everything as she went along. Gentle and careful. Dr. Eid examined my teeth and had great suggestions for continuing care and keeping my teeth and gums healthy. All the office staff was friendly. Timber Dental is the best!!

Heidi was my hygienist this time around and is fantastic! I always have a little anxiety at the dentist because…it’s the dentist! She has a great personality, is friendly and puts her patients at ease! And Dr. Eid is also amazing!
Also as a female it is refreshing to see a female hygienist and Dentist. The whole crew here is amazing and glad I stumbled upon this practice!

Really loved the feel of the office (downtown), it appeared very clean and the TV's above you are a nice touch! I was a new patient almost 3 years overdue for a cleaning (whoops) and they were very kind about what we need to do to get me back to ideal oral health and keep me there. All of the staff were very friendly and explained everything in detail. The staff approached me in the room about cost which felt private and respectful. The goodie bags they give you when you leave also have really awesome additions I've never received at any other office before. Overall, wonderful experience - feeling really good in my choice to come here!
