The office staff not so good. My teeth were taken to be relined was told I would get them back the next day, but my teeth did not get sent out and they canceled my appointment and made it for the next day I talked to Frankie and was told I would get a discount but when I came back in no one know where Frankie was or when he would be in.
The Denist is professional and did a good job.

this is the best dental office I have ever been to. They are kind, enthusiastic, and a little quirky. I recently had an old filling replaced and was very nervous about the experience. I spoke up about my nerves and everyone who assisted with the procedure was kind and compassionate about my nerves. They are incredibly knowledgeable and genuine. I will be going to this dentist for as long as I can!

The entire staff was friendly and professional. They were concerned about my oral health and helped me understand all my options. The office was upscale and relaxed with books and music. Equipment was modern. Loved being able to watch Netflix during my exam. The sunglasses to protect my eyes from the glare of the lights was a perfect touch.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Lee at Timber and it was a great experience. She and her team took the time to talk me through every step of my new patient cleaning visit, and listened to me when I had questions. The vibe was very relaxing throughout the cleaning and the interior of the office is very clean and well decorated, feels more like a spa than a dental office. I’m looking forward to future visits there and would recommend anyone looking for a relaxing, comprehensive dental experience to try out Timber.

Very polite, professional staff, I love coming to the downtown Portland Office. Both the hygienist n Dentist were thorough and amazing and very focused on my needs n solutions. I love this office, my own personal request is that your office DROP the Mask Requirement in the waiting room and give us a choice. Thank you.

Overall experience was great!

• Parking: there is a parking lot next to the office as well as street parking (2hrs)

• Office: beautiful and modern

• Receptionist: friendly and professional

•Dental Assistant: friendly, made me feel calm (was a bit scared) and professional.

Dentist/Oral surgeon: friendly, very skilled, fast, comforting and professional.

I was stressing getting a molar extracted the whole weekend for nothing. The experience was definitely great. Would recommend Timber Dental to anyone wanting quality dental work.

Like a few other reviewers, I have not been to the dentist in quite some time due to a lack of coverage. I am lucky to have good coverage and a relatively low amount of anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but I can, with 100% confidence, say that if you are at ALL worried about going to the dentist, you do not have to be afraid here.

The scheduling process and form filling was all extremely streamlined and can be done online before going to the office. The office is super welcoming aesthetic wise, and the front desk staff is super helpful. The dental assistant was absolutely fantastic and let me know every step of the way what he was going to do and why, and Dr. Eid had quite literally the best bedside manner ever. What I can really shout out is the fact that they actually explain to you what they’re doing during the check up, why they’re doing it, and they walk you along step by step so you actually know what’s going on inside your mouth. There was no rushing, no assuming what you wanted, and the care was compassionate from front desk to check out.

Honestly can say I can’t wait to be back again!

Sounds weird to say but I actually enjoy going to the dentist here because the staff here is so warm, friendly, trauma informed and helpful.

Very efficient, quick, courteous and knowledgeable staff! Getting my wisdom teeth out felt as routine and easy as getting a scheduled cleaning.

Made and appointment for a first visit weeks ago to specifically discuss getting dental implants. At the end of my 2+ hour appointment the dentist I was placed with gave me a treatment plan that didn't even mention the implants.
I told her I wanted to focus on that first and that how a history of poor teeth longevity made fillings and root canals a bad option.
She basically told me that I had to do her plan and that I wouldn't get to even discuss the treatment I specifically came in for.(to summerise). I tried twice to redirect the conversation to discussing why I wanted them over her plan and she just egnored and shot down my attempts each time.

In the end I made a plan to exstract two unsaveable teeth first and left the office absolutely livid at the treatment I just received.
Will not be letting her god complex near my mouth. May just cancel everything and tell my insurance that I did not receive the service I went in for.

If you just want a cavity check and a cleaning, this is your place.. as long as you don't care to have a say in your treatment.
