This place was amazing. Staff was kind. It’s great to have a dentist that has your best interest at heart and is honest. The dentist and assistant kept my daughter feeling comfortable the entire time. Not many teens leave an appointment for a filling and first thing they say is how nice they were to her and she wants to keep going there. Thank you for taking such good care of her!!

Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Renea and Dr.Fairly are the most respectful,funny,helpful duo. The work is always so quick,clean, and painless. I’ve enjoyed every visit and look forward to many more! Highly recommend them to all my friends and family they are the absolute best!

I am so grateful for them and Dr.Fairlee went above and beyond for me. I have been fighting an abscess for a few weeks and she got me in to get an emergency root canal and she seriously did everything she could to make me comfortable… even walked me through everything. Highly recommend. The whole staff and team are amazing!!!

This has been the greatest experience with the dentist office I've ever had. Nubia the secretary that schedules appointments was amazing. We've had nothing but trouble with other dental offices she got us in as a new patient and got us an appointment within a week which is unheard of. I think general dental would be the best choice for anyone in dentistry in Central Oregon I have nothing but good praise for them. Thank you gentle dental thank you Nubia.

Visited several times with my wife and we always had a pleasant experience. Everyone that works there that we met was extremely nice and very helpful. From front desk staff to dental hygienist and dentists. Would not hesitate to come back in the future. Very happy with our experience.

I have been traumatized and had ptsd from dentists is the past. I just had a filling done and as an adult I sadly was terrified. The dentist is amazing! She really made sure I was comfortable and she cold tested my tooth before working on it. I felt a little bit of the cold so she numbed me some more and I did not feel a thing. It’s nice to know that it wasn’t dental work that was the problem in the past, it was the dentist not caring. But at gentle dental she really cares. Trauma gone! I look forward to having my work done now!

I took my nephew in for his appointment and was pleasantly surprised by everyone’s service. The receptionist Flor was incredibly nice and helpful, as well as the dental assistant Maria. They made our dental office experience fun. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist!

Gentle Dental Redmond has taken such good care of me. I hadn't seen a dentist in a long time due to a bad experience with a dental provider in Portland which scarred me from wanting to go even get a cleaning. Flor at the front counter super kind and on top of her role always made sure to go over cost of procedures and get me scheduled promptly. If they were ever super booked up Flor made sure to send me a refferral to get me in sooner for certain specialty procedures. Flor always called to make sure I was confirmed for my appointments ahead of time. Additionally, Rene and Dr. Fairly really made me feel comfortable taking my anxiety into consideration and ensuring they are communicating with me every step of the way to ensure perfection. I loved the environment Dr. Fairley has instilled in her staff they really have fun at work and really take all their patients considerations and needs above others. Dr. Fairlee is a rare find with a kind heart. I will be a regular for Dr. Fairlee because of her kindness and expertise plus she makes me feel comfortable when it comes to taking care of my dental health! Thanks Gentle dental redmond team!
