Jay Gronemeyer is a great dentist. His careful attention to exams has prevented worse problems and he is very kind and gentle. His staff are also wonderful. Megan does a great job on cleaning, etc. and Leah is very helpful. I am very grateful to have found them.

just moved to town and was due for a cleaning since my last office had to close down multiple times due to COVID. I was able to fit in quickly due to a cancelled appointment. the office is clean and updated, and the staff is extremely friendly. Megan was my hygienist and made my experience very pleasant. I have a bad gag reflex, and let her know right away, but she worked about it and made me extremely comfortable by working quickly and efficiently with the x-rays. the cleaning was painless and the sunglasses provided helped cause the bright light usually leaves me with a headache. after the cleaning Dr. Gronemyer came in for the checkup and exam and gave me very honest feedback and a clear treatment plan. i’m very happy with my experience and hope to continue seeing Megan and Dr. Gronemyer here in Redmond.

Dr Gronemyer and team are amazing! Had a root canal completed today which was painless and efficient. It would have took months to get in with a specialist, but Dr. Gronemyer and team were able to get me in within the week. Great experience, I highly recommend for all your dental needs!

I always have a great experience Jay Gronemeyer is an excellent dentist. The front desk lady Leah is always very professional and polite. All the staff are wonderful I have never had any problems. Megan is super nice and a great hygienist. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Been seeing Dr Jay since he fixed a broken tooth, around 2016. I just recently moved, and I had a problem, but he made sure it got fixed, he stands behind his work! They do a great job, always happy and friendly, I would recommend any time.

Beware of the mailed offer... they sent us a card saying an initial appointment and x-rays would be $99. We called and confirmed, then scheduled this appointment. *After* completing an appointment and cleaning, they bill us $229. Upon questioning, they report that the $99 doesn't cover cleaning. Sure, charge whatever you want for your services, but this feels intensely like false advertising. Just be aware, if you're booking your first appointment, that you will be issued a bill for services not included in the offer even after confirming that you're booking the services specifically on the offer.

I was looking for somewhere to get my teeth cleaned and a new dentist. Everyone is very friendly. Megan did a really good job cleaning my teeth.

Is super friendly! They’re also great at explaining anything you may be curious about in regards to your teeth heath. If you’re looking for a new place to keep your teeth looking/feeling their best I highly recommend!

As a new patient, I was looking forward to my first visit to Dr. Jay Gronemeyer and his staff, having heard great things about this dentist.
I was not disappointed!
I met Dr. Gronemeyer, Leah, Holly, and Melissa today. I had a thorough exam and a teeth cleaning, was given excellent advice, a plan for the next steps, and had all of my questions answered.
Additionally, I was made to feel comfortable, and that I mattered to them all. I was treated with respect and everyone listened carefully to make sure my needs were being met. These professionals are warm and caring, and personable.
I highly recommend that if you are needing the services of a neighborhood dentist and full staff this is the place to call.
