Dr. Jay and his staff are truly amazing. Their number one priority is their patients, whether it's keeping them comfortable during a procedure or being proactive with the billing and/or insurance process. Every one of them is professional and excellent at what they do. The atmosphere is also inviting - it doesn't look or smell like the typical dental office. Dr. Jay Gronemyer has fixed my teeth which I thought could not be fixed. And has worked with me to make it financially possible to even beautify my smile! His assistants, Savannah and Melisa, have been so careful, gentle and kind. Yet experts at what the do. Just went in here today sight unseen. I have not been able to wear my dentures for 5 yrs made in another state. Insread of charging me big bucks, he spent an hour fixing my lower denture at a reasonable price. Nice friendly employees and very clean office.

I have never, in my short 74 years of life, met a more congenial and professional dentist! I went to Dr. Jay for a full set of dentures and Have not been more impressed. After a few visits for fittings, I received my final dentures , I wore them for 4 days, I went in for a minor adjustment and have only had to take them out since the first day to clean them once a day , wearing them day and night. I have been able to eat almost any kind of food that I have tried. I highly recommend Dr. Jay!

Everyone is very friendly. They always ask if you are doing ok and make sure you are not uncomfortable, from cleanings to crowns. I had lots of anxiety going to the dentist, due to other dentists I had seen in the past, but that has changed since I started going to Jay a few years ago.

Savannah is an awesome hygienist! She is extremely considerate—doing little things to make you feel as comfortable as possible. She is especially good with sensitive mouths. The office has a great atmosphere and is an overall positive experience!

Update: I wanted to add a few specifics. I’ve been seeing Savannah for years and she’s an amazing hygienist. She does a thorough job, she’s gentle, and delightful to talk to. Also, Leah is fantastic at her job. She’s always on top of the planning and scheduling to really make the most of your benefits - and she’s super friendly. And, of course, Dr Jay is funny and charming and I always feel like getting the best care.
The folks here always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend Dr Jay and team without hesitation.
