This place is amazing! All the staff are fantastic. The office is beautiful and extremely well stocked with the best technology available. And every dentist I've seen went above and beyond. They pulled out some old roots, did all the work and put in a perfect crown in under two hours. And their office isn't ice cold like every other dental office I've ever been to in my life. - And my last visit, my car battery had died. So one of their technicians came out to help me jump my car! I love them!

I love Wilsonville Smiles. All of the staff really take the time to get to know their patients. I often feel like they remember me better than I remember them which is impressive considering I'm only there twice a year! Before I started going to WS I grew up going to the same dentist since I first had teeth. I had no idea how archaic this OTHER dentist was until a very poor experience made me seek out a new dentist. Stepping into Wilsonville Smiles was like walking into the future... and I've never looked back! I get pretty anxious about the dentist and the staff here are SO friendly and helpful - their kindness and competence always help to put me at ease. Even when I've had fill-in Dentists and technicians I still had the same positive experience that left me vowing to always return. The clinical staff and office staff communicate so well with each other and they make sure you have any information you may need. Wilsonville Smiles does everything they can to find a solution that will work for both your health and finances. I don't live or work near Wilsonville anymore but I don't care - I make the trip because Wilsonville Smiles has done SO much for me.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I had a crown done. Had to go in 2 separate days for 6-7 hours each. My crown ended up being painful (and still is sensitive) for almost 2 years now. My new office requested my x-rays - it's taken almost 2 weeks for them to send them - still hasn't been done - I had to call today and be very firm and rude to get Dawn to understand my appt is next day, and they need them - Response: passive agressive "sorry, we are understaffed" I am having a second opinion since my crown ended up being GIGANTIC compared to my other teeth and still has issues. Although my dentist was nice at the time, they charged me quite a bit, I was understanding for TWO YEARS, and waited patiently... but this is not right. This office has issues. Go somewhere else.

I am so incredibly phobic of dentists and oral care specialists due to a long history of being treated as if I were being childish and "less than" because I couldn't stay in the chair. I had been in 7 dentists chairs over 2 years (always getting up and leaving before any of the work started) never getting a broken molar extracted that had been sorely needed to be removed. I had to find an oral surgeon that would allow me the option to go under general anesthesia for the process.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I am here to say, I LOVE Wilsonville Smiles! I came up from Salem to have this performed and my wife took me home afterward. This facility's staff and their traveling oral surgeon, Dr. Welch were terrific, professional, relaxing, and attentive. Relief at Long Last! Call them today for your Oral care!

Very Horrible Experience. I went with my mother to help her get some teeth looked at and get a crown. The crown they fixed for about $600 ended up breaking 3 days after it went in and when we went back they charged us $200 to take a look at it. The dentist said it was fine the way it was even though it was broken about halfway. The dentist said it was only "slightly" broken. it should have not broken in the first place and especially not 3 days in. After that the receptionist in the desk than tried to set us up to proceed with a different operation without consideration that we wanted the broken crown fixed. place should be shut down. I have no issue with the location itself. However, I have a massive issue with Dr Joshua Teh who did my wisdom teeth removal. Incredibly rude, spoke over me when I had general questions, seemed annoyed by such questions. Never told me how the procedure was going to go, raised his voice to me like I was a child when I showed signs of concern and anxiety. Never scheduled a post op, seemed irritated when I asked for a post op two weeks after because I was in such severe pain. My main dentist informed me I had a dry socket and sent me back to Dr Teh. He scoffed and said that that was impossible, looked at my teeth for less than 2 minutes and told me everything was fine. Rolled his eyes when I told him I was still experiencing pain, raised his voice when I questioned him further, treating me like a child. You are a doctor, you are supposed to help, not make things worse. I will never see Dr Teh again. He was nothing but rude and short sided with me. I will never recommend him to someone else. Avoid him at all costs.

First dentist office I have ever visited that said I needed to have Xrays done before they could tell me IF I would receive a cleaning. This is after I made two appointments... one 1-hour appt for Xrays, and one 1-hour appt for a cleaning. After driving 2 hours to my appointment, I was told I would need to get my Xrays first before they could determine if I would even get a cleaning. So at first I was told I could have a cleaning, but when I arrived I was told maybe I could have a cleaning after they get the Xrays. Of course, if you know insurance, you know that you cannot get Xrays twice in a year, so if this office decided not to give me a cleaning after taking Xrays, and I had to change to a different dentist, I would end up paying for my own Xrays. Anyways, Interestingly enough, this was the 2nd time I had visited this office in which some shadiness happened. The first time (2 years prior) I informed the office that I had received periodontal cleaning from a different dentist many years ago. Once I said that, the office added it to my chart and decided that THEY were the people who gave me the periodontal cleaning. So they billed my insurance for the cleaning when they had only given me a regular cleaning, and months later when I received documents from my insurance and saw that they had billed my insurance for this cleaning, I contacted my insurance and told them about the issue. The craziest thing out of all of this is that the insurance company (Meritain) said that it didn't matter... they trust the doctors to bill the correct amount, so they were not going to do anything. Since the end of the year had already came and gone, my deductible was reset, so the insurance company didn't care because it no longer affected my benefits. All in all, this was some crazy nonsense from a very shady dentist office. I will never go here again. They don't care about setting appointments for their customers, only to tell their customers that they might not honor the appointment. They try to upsell their customers on every little thing, and when that doesn't work they simply bill the insurance company for procedures they never performed. And like I said, this is the first dentist office I have ever visited that said they would not agree to clean my teeth until after they saw the Xrays, at which they may or may not clean my teeth. Very shady operation.

Nice new equipment. Friendly dentists, hygienists (mostly), and staff. Unfortunately a complete and utter lack of customer service outside of the office.
Over a month ago had a molding made to get a mouth guard. We were told it should take about a week. After 4 weeks I called the office to find out what was going on. They had the mouth guard in for a couple of weeks. They calmed they had called (once) to inform us it was in, we have no missed calls from them. They have two cell phone numbers, two email addresses, and a mailing address to get a hold of us with. They, at best -in their own admission- called one cell phone, one time, in a three week window.
Once we got a hold of them they said we could just drop in during regular business hours for the fitting which would be quick. They however were closed the next couple of regular business days. It is now the following week (5 weeks from when we were told 1 week). I called to confirm they would be open. They are, but said we should expect a very long wait if we drop in.
We have a wisdom teeth removal scheduled with them in a couple of weeks and have been left wondering if this is really a dentist we should continue to take our business to or if it is better to find another option.
To apologize they didn't not provide us any sort of meaningfully apology. They forced a free teeth whiting sample on us like that was making up for it. The dentist said not to use the teeth whitener as well, due to damage to thin enamel. So to sum it up their way of apologizing was to provide various excuses for their mess up and push free vendor samples that they encouraged not to be used.
