Children's Dental Health of Aston

I can’t believe the positive reviews here. This is by far the most unprofessional dental office I’ve experienced. Come on people, you deserve better. I’m not sure the actual dentists (owners) know how bad the front business office is being run. Last month they canceled our appointment due to staffing issues and the temp dentist was not in Delta Dental’s network. I’m not sure why this was our problem. We have good dental insurance. Today the rescheduled appointment was canceled again at 9:30 AM to cancel the 4:30 appointment due to another staff issue. Shouldn’t we be a priority? The front desk staff called from a personal phone with a listing from Catasauqua, PA. Where is that? Not near Aston. Like we are going to recognize and answer that call. I agree that the front desk staff really wasn’t emphatic. Time to move on.

UPDATE: So we found a new dentist but needed my children’s medical records transferred over. My wife filled out the necessary forms and was assured they’d be sent to our new dentist for his in process appointment. Guess what. Nope, the were never sent and the new office receptionist said she’d handle it and give them a call. This was 8:30 AM. After over an hour of waiting and resending forms, They never sent them. My wife calls and they now state that a manager has to handle the transfer. They give us his email, and still no transfer…. The receptionist at our new dentist said this this the most unprofessional experience she’s ever been associated with. Sooo, you can take your apologies and statements about learning from this to train your staff and I pray, no one supports this business. Seriously, I’m biting my tongue here as I write and seriously warning everyone, this place is incredibly bad and please don’t leave to your childrens health in their hands.
This review is for the Aston office but if it’s part of this network, there are plenty of pedatric dentists that are trustworthy. My gosh…. They should be ashamed of how this business is managed.

they did not want me to go back with my child (who is 5) because once they start school they are of age. I went back with her anyway after an attitude from the woman who brought us back. Once the woman that was cleaning her teeth came back to start I questioned as to why and she said because they like to teach the children to be on their own because parents (she said “like you”) are sometimes anxious and the child can tell. I was in no way anxious.. I was very annoyed at this situation that is why I was questioning. My child was nervous to before we got there and I was not going to allow her by herself. This was our second time there and will not return

Everyone was fantastic. So patient with my daughter who was a little nervous when entering the exam room. Everything went smoothly and super quick.

I've been bringing my 3 kids for years and now my last baby for their dental treatment and I Love their service. My kids are 17, 9, 5, and 17 months, I Live it here so much I've recommended friends and family and they Love it here too. They work with your kids and keep you informed on everything. They keep the Kids calm so they won't hate the dentist. Best place ever, Best Staff, and always Clean.

Been taking my children here for years. Always a pleasant experience with front desk and dentist. The kids really like the atmosphere and are comfortable with staff.

The entire staff was very friendly but especially Ms. T and the dental assist I didn’t catch her name but she worked directly with the dentist. The place was clean and the setup of the office is very welcoming and kid friendly. This was my son's first time here, they made him feel comfortable and happy to go to the dentist since he usually hates going. They give the kids a coin after they’re finished to get little prizes out the coin machine which we thought was pretty cool. He’ll be returning, I really want to thank the team and for them to keep up the good work.

My son was nervous about his first dentist visit and the hygienist was very sweet and so good with him and made sure he felt comfortable. She was very patient and didnt rush anything when he got upset. After his cleaning he even felt brave enough to get xrays done! It was definitely a good experience.

This place is a joke. I took my kid here because they had cavities that hurt. They wouldn't even let me come back with my kid. The front desk was rude. They sent us to another place cuz they couldn't handle it. We got to the next place and they couldn't even send over the x-rays they charged us for. Said within 30 days. 0 stars
