Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville

Went in for a routine cleaning. Left with a $700 bill which really shocked me. I was told that my Insurance Company would reimburse me. Reason being they were no longer participating with my insurance. After months of waiting to be reimbursed, I reached out to my insurance company. My insurance company had paid the claim to Dr. Silva and also stated they were in the Network. Red flags or bells should have went off because I've always had dental insurance and never paid that amount of $$$ for dental coverage. I was able to recoup some of the $$ paid to the practice, but it took many calls to Brandy to actually get the funds. I am a business person myself and this is not my way of doing business. Therefore, I will definitely be seeking my Dental care elsewhere. It's very unfortunate, I was really looking forward to supporting Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville.

I have been going to Dr. Silva for the past 5 plus years. Her office and staff are so kind and helpful. Dr Silva has state of the art treatments. She treated my sleep apnea and is treating my brother who has multiple disabilities with Night laser apnea treatment. We are so happy to find a treatment that is noninvasive and doesn't require a c pap mask. The whole team is always friendly and make you feel right at home. Especially Brandi! I can't recommend them enough!

5/5 stars. Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville is great! I began my Invisalign treatment here and the entire staff especially Geri & Brandi, have been nothing short of wonderful. So excited to see my new smile!

Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville ADC was an awesome experience. It is a beautiful ride to the office and a very stylish office. As a Black Psychologist, I look for Black professionals so that I can make a cultural connection and support Black businesses. I feel blessed to have found Dr. Silva. The staff of all women are gorgeous, skilled, and they can sing (including Dr. Silva!). They create a happy space for their patients, It felt like I was part of a new family. Everyone was friendly and joyous. Dr. Silva and her staff create a safe and relaxing environment that makes you forget you are there for dental services. I received more than just dental services. I was educated about my teeth and my mouth. At ADC you are treated with respect and with warm regard. I am thrilled that I am now Dr. Silva's patient. I highly recommend Dr. Silva and ADC to everyone. They have the highest quality services and the most pleasant staff I have ever met!

I rarely give 1 star review but they deserve it well. I have lived in Texas, California and recently moved here and gave this place a shot. I have never experienced similar dental service like this. They tried to convince me I built up so much tartar from my last cleaning and need to have a new type of cleaning (not deep cleaning) that would not be covered under normal cleaning. The lady tried so hard to punch my gum line to measure deeper pocket depth with only 2 teeth came 4 and 5, all the others are just 1 and 2. And guess what, my gum started to bleed right away and it still hurts after 2 hours. After I got out, I found my last dental appointment was on 10/15/2020, while what they told me sounds like I went to the place in 2019. I directly went back and gave an update to my previous 5 star review for that dentist to further compliment his awesome service.

Update: I went to Providence Dental Center 3 months after this due to they have a long backlog, professional service and highly recomend! Def worth the waiting!

Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville truly provides a 5💎💎💎💎💎 service. Dr. Nelly and her staff even during a pandemic was able to provide my family and I with AMAZING service. We came to know the office when my son chipped his tooth. My son 9 years old said we don't need to go back to our old dentist this place is better. I make an appointment for my whole family and the rest is history. Dr. Nelly and staff are truly educated and educates you before any work is done and make sure you understand what is about to happen. I need work done for years and it was explained clearly and a plan to get all of the work done in 1 years time. The cost was very reasonable. I left feeling like part of the family.

I love this dentist office. I have not been to the dentist in a long time and everyone makes you feel so comfortable. Dr. Silva and her staff explain everything to you, there are no surprises. They go over your treatment plan with you your first appointment and prices are very reasonable. My next appointment before she started she explained what she was going to do and after what she will be doing at my next appointment. The office is beautiful and clean as well. Everyone is very caring and nice. I have raved to and recommended my own family and to my coworkers. Dr. Silva and her staff are the BEST of the BEST!

My experiences here have been amazing! Everyone is super friendly and very knowledgeable in what they do. The prices are reasonable and they work with many people who do not have insurance, yet need to get work done to their teeth. I have been there for a consultation, cleaning, and tooth removal. All experiences were done efficiently. During the consult the Dr made sure to let me know all my options about the work i needed done and did not try to get any extra out of me. I then went ahead and got my tooth removed and it was such a quick and painless procedure. Everyone made sure during this time I was comfortable and wasn't in pain. After my procedure they stayed in contact with me to make sure my recovery went smoothly. On top of that I went for a cleaning a few weeks later and it was quick. They do what they have to do and they get you out allowing you not to sit there forever like most dentist offices. I would highly recommend going to this office. I have been to many other dentist and this is by far the greatest!

This office was absolutely horrible to deal with. My husband and I went on different days and we were both charged for services that were never done. That is a Huge red flag!!! I feel terrible for the patients that don't understand how to read their dental claims.
When calling the office to have them send a corrective claim to the insurance company, they were extremely rude and difficult to deal with. The lady refused to send the corrective claim with the right code to the insurance company for the pictures that were taken on my husband. They billed out for a full set of X-rays (D0210) that were never taken, so now the insurance company won't cover another set for three years. What they did take was a 2D oral/facial photographic images, which the code is (D0350).

Also when I went in for my cleaning I had to tell the Hygienist she forgot to clean the lower right quadrant and my upper front teeth, that is not high end dentistry if you ask me, then the dentist came in to do my exam and with out even looking at X-rays she wanted to crown all my back molars. The funny thing is she wanted to do the same on my husband. Being in the dental field for over 25 years, it shocked me that practices like this stay in practice.

There were a ton of RED FLAGS with this Pratice!! I would stay far away from this place!

What a wonderful office! You can really tell when people are happy to be at work, and that is definitely the case at this office. Every single staff member I had contact with was pleasant, helpful and great at their job. The office is pristine. Dr. Silva is a great dentist and gets an A+ for her staff selection. I never thought I would be excited for my next dentist appointment...
