Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville

Had a major procedure done and the entire staff made sure I was comfortable & stress free- given that I am a severe dentalphobe the results were amazing. I had no problem during the procedure and since I need another one done on a different tooth, I now am not dreading it.

So glad I found tires place. Dr Silva is very engaging and friendly. Good energy, caring staff and quality work from Dr. Chud.

My front tooth broke in half yesterday, I called Dr. Silva close to tears. I'm the MOH in my best friends wedding in a few days and I work in customer service part time, no way I could face anyone looking like that! She went out of her way to meet me in the office and within 20 minutes my teeth looked better then they did before anything broke. She is so gentle and I can't thank her enough for not letting me look like jack-o-lantern until Monday 😂💕

I LOVE this dental office. I’ve been coming here for close to 3 years now and I have always been happy with the office and staff. Everyone has always been so nice and accommodating; interested in their patients and also open late on certain days which is great for my work schedule! A+++

So I had to have a procedure done. I was told it will cost roughly $600 and my insurance will not cover it.
I told her it should and asked was she sure. She didnt even check. I called my insurance and verified that they did indeed cover it. Even on a 3 way phone call she just argued and made nonsense excuses to the insurance lady. Still yet no Apologies to anyone. Just dead end excuses. Double check with your insurance before they try to charge you. They will not check on it for you to make sure. I was told they have done this many times before. They get more money if it is out of pocket vs what insurance pays.

The Dentist and nurse was great. Very gentle and polite. To think all other patients that paid out of pocket though.

They sent an $80 bill to the wrong name and address. Never corrected the address. This wasn't even my bill. Never received any late notices. No one ever tried to call me to get it straightened out. Finally found out about the balance after they turned it over to a collection service. I called the dental office and they couldn't care less about it.
In my attorney's hands now.

I hate the dentist. I hate THIS dentist the most. Pay up front for their OVERPRICED services (would you ever do that at a restaurant?) at their dental factory headed by an arrogant "Leader"......who does this. Somebody who is not sure about their skills, thats who. They also change prices and blame it on insurance. I think they charge so much so they can pay the 100 different employees they need to try to keep their ship afloat. They messed up my crown the first time and had to come back 3 weeks later after the other one was made. I got back then they wanted to do another "cleaning$$" before they did that. I was not aware of the cleaning and they said my teeth were really bad and that I should do this treatment. Then they tried to charge me for a fluoride treatment I never even had do or was even talked about with me. Do not even get me started on their "dental plan", it is so confusing and mind blowing the numbers and costs and what is is covered by insurance what is not covered that most customers just say OK, they are the dentist and pay it !! not this guy!!! I am out !!!

The only reason I chose this dentist because it was in network and close. I wish i would have read Google Reviews before going there, but I was in pain and I needed this done ASAP. Please heed my advice. Run far away !!!

I am going to go back to my old "family" style dentist(which is 45 minutes away) where my prices are reasonable and never change and they are completely transparent with the customer.

Had such a great and positive experience! Definitely will be my go-to dentist office going forward and I would definitely recommend this office for anyone searching for a new dentist. Dr.Ding is awesome!

It's always a wonderful experience when I take my daughter to Dr. Silva's office. It's clean, the staff is super friendly, and everyone there is great at what they do. I'd recommend Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville over and over again.

my compliments to advanced dentistry of Collegeville - I am worlds worst patient. they were kind, understanding and patient. they were also thorough and listened to me and when I got needle it didn't hurt. loved having female dentist. I was the last person they took and I am so glad...asst. was friendly and answered all my question. thank you to all, well done!
