This dental office does not even deserve one star. The staff is highly rude and ignorant. They like to make their patients feel stupid and constantly corrected me with "proper dental lingo." I had to see Dr. Holena, special needs dentist, and she was downright rude and unprofessional. She was supposed to be a dentist that understood my dental fears, but she further strengthened my fears. If she handled me that way, I couldn't imagine having a patient with true special needs being treated in such a way. It was horrendous and partially traumatizing. She was supposed to fill cavities for me, but during the procedure, she told me that she was going to drill away a "stain" on the side of my front tooth. She left a hole on the side of my tooth and when I called back to ask what their plan was to fix this tooth, they told me that they didn't do anything to to cause a hole in the first place. When I smiled, the hole was clearly visible on the side of my front tooth and appeared as a very dark spot from a distance. This was the week of Christmas and they refused to get me in to place some filling material in the hole. I had to argue with staff to get them to even see me again. After they looked at my tooth, Dr. Holena tried to act like there was "nothing wrong" with my tooth. I took her tools and showed her MYSELF, the issue and she still acted ignorant. So, I walked out of there with no resolution to the hole they put in my front tooth. Finally, after TWO LONG MONTHS, I told them I was making another appointment to give Dr. Holena the opportunity to fix her mistake, before contacting the ADA. Again, she was extremely rude, yelling at me, spit coming out of her mouth and everything rather disgusting, while talking to a patient. I had to kindly ask to speak to the practice owner, Dr. Casey, since she was clearly not going to help me resolve this issue in a professional manner. Dr. Casey was just as rude, maybe worse. Constantly correcting my "dental lingo" and telling me there is nothing wrong with my tooth but they he will place filling material where I asked him to, basically just to shut me up. They did a half-assed job on my tooth, part of the hole is still there and I have had to have further consultations at another dental clinic, in order to fix the damage they left on my tooth. I will never go back here or recommend this place to any one, special needs or not. I'd rather get my tooth drilled in someone;s basement then go back to Dr. Casey's office in Pittston, PA.

They were absolutely wonderful with my son. I was really nervous because it was his first dentist visit ever but they flawlessly completed his exam with smiles on their faces.

They ruined my daughter's teeth! She had a few tiny cavities that I opted to have filled. After the dentist drilled them out and put the fillings in, 2 weeks later they fell out! They couldn't get me in right away to have it looked at so by the time we got in she had bigger cavities where the holes had been drilled! So much so that the one tooth had to be pulled and the other capped! I was furious! Just to find out the dentist that did the work had been fired and it happened to multiple patients....

Firstly, if you have a cleaning appointment at say 8, dont expect to be out of there for at least an hour more. If you have a filling other dental work appt no matter how small it is, expect to spenx your whole morning or afternoon there. You go back into office and wait about 45 minutes to get numbed, then wait over an hour for the dentist start, then it takes the hygentist over and hour to persay put the filling in. Then you wait another hour for the dr to come back in and look in your mouth for a half second without tools or even coming close enough to visibily the work. This is also the case with regular cleaning, every other dentist I have seen or friends of my mine have seen have all always poked the top of your molar teeth to check for cavities and checked your gums to make sure they were healthy. Then to boot when you finally wait an agonizing 4 to 5 hours for a routine filing, they end up falling out in less than a year. Yes they will fix their error at no charge, but my time is worth some thing to. This dentist office is run like a production facility, only out to turn over as many patients daily with no concern for quality.

Worst dentist i encountered! At first filling i've got smooth and great procedure in the first dentist. But then when i came back and got my second filling in my lower teeth it was really rough and gave me worst experienced. Right now, I feel the pain in my jaws and my gums are not uncomfortable everytime i bite. They putting not enough anesthesia and she just injected it in the cheek side of my gums so I still feel the pain when they start polishing my teeth. When she put the thing inside my mouth which is rubberrized and can adjust if you put it properly, but instead she forcing this inside my mouth i feel like she almost break my jaws. And then the metal thing that she put in my gums she gripped it too hard and couldn't removed so she forced that until it removed but because she forcing it the metal thing hits my upper teeth i almost hear the crack sounds. Everytime she puts the metal equipment inside my mouth she hit my lips or my cheek first before it goes inside. And when she needs to get things on the other side, instead of putting the sharp metal things besides her it going across through my face, i feel uncomfortable coz it may cut my face gladly i have sunglasses so it covers my eyes. If your staff are new don't leave them alone and help them so they will know what the proper procedure. And please be more careful and don't lean your heavy hand in your patient's face.

What is the point of an appointment if you can change it fifteen mins before your client is supposed to be there?! The last visit we waited two hours passed our appt time. So not the kind of dentist I want for my family.
