DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Every single time i get a filling for a cavity, it falls out within a few weeks or a few months. The filings are always rushed and I feel as though I’m constantly needing to come back to this dentist. Id explain to them that a filling had fallen out and the exact location as to where just to hear in return that wasn’t the case… while holding that filling in my hand.. not sure if short staffed, or just careless but not only myself, but plenty other of people will tell you - DO NOT GO.

Would leave 0 if I could. Their Oral Surgeon is there once every two weeks. Had 2 teeth extracted and had issues a few days later. All calls go through a central phone bank so you can't talk to the office. Was told by the switch board operator that I would have to travel to the Philadelphia Airport area or wait 2 weeks until the doctor was in Quakertown again. Wish I had better insurance.

My adult daughter started going here and they have been an absolute nightmare. I am writing this review for her. The people at the desk are so rude and the dentist is always in a hurry. The dentist was rough with her after she had just had oral surgery. My daughter is not one to complain but she called in me crying and told me how they treated her. She called them in absolute pain and the person that answered the phone hung up on her. Then preceded to deny that she did. When looking at the reviews all I see is threats to report the post to Google and excuses for their bad behavior. A word of advise, stop with the threats and excuses and get to giving good friendly service and maybe your reviews will be better.

WHY IS THIS OFFICE STILL OPEN?!?! I went to just get me teeth check and they insisted I had an extreme amount of cavities and I needed to make multiple appointments to fix them. They sent a request to my insurance company with xrays of my mouth, claiming I a lso needed caps? When I got the request back from my insurance company, my insurance claimed that none of what they were requesting was medically necessary. When they did “fix” my teeth, even MONTHS later my teeth were still sore, they STILL bleed every time I brush, I have no spaces between my teeth, they also kept claiming I needed root canals? None of those things were even problems before went to get checked the first time I went. I never had sensitivity, I never bled, nothing. Ended up not getting all their so called “cavities” filled and cancelled all my appointments. I couldn’t handle anymore.

Will never go back!!!! I don’t give bad reviews EVER. but this place needs to be shut down. They answer the phone whenever they want to! Also I went there to get fillings 3 months ago and my teeth STILL HURT. It hurts to eat anything. I never had a problem with dental places but this one... just save yourself and find another one! Had to reschedule MULTIPLE TIMES because the “doctor” would leave without-a warning according to a nurse. I needed the job done ASAP. Most careless and unprofessional place ever. Gotta find another place who will fix what they have done to my teeth. 😡

First time patient with a 3 year old who had the most dramatic tantrum coming into the office.! The receptionist immediately tried her best to distract, when that failed she made every attempt to make the check in process go smoothly for me. He settled back to his pleasant self and was most compliant for his cleaning and exam. He even giggled a little! The procedure area was cheerful and inviting for children. I can not say enough for the caring and compassionate receptionist that turned a difficult situation around for me!

Dr Hong saved my tooth from needing root canal that the previous dentist told me I needed. He re did my filling that was separating and causing me lots of sensitivity after the previous dentist just “fixed” so happy with the results

Ok working with this dentist has been very stressful which leaves me to writing a review. It took me 3 months to get into this dentist for an emergency appt. I then go in and they tell me I need two root canals to save my teeth . They then tell me that my insurance will not cover it and they will need to send in a claim. The dentist office did send in the claim but there were still several forms they needed to send to the insurance so that I could be considered and able to make this apt. I called the dentist office 5 times in this week to see if they can help me and they keep saying someone will get back to me but I still have not recieved a call! This is very frustrating because this is a very serious matter to me but it doesn’t feel like this office is taking it seriously. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
