Dr. Katherman put our minds at ease as we took our first baby girl to get this procedure! They explained everything in detail and allowed us to ask any questions we wanted. They also gave us preventative measures after the producer was done! Dr. Katherman and her assistant Patty were so amazing and we would take any of our children there in the future!

We went to see Dr. Katherman for my son's lip and tongue tie, she was very thorough and answered every single one of my hundreds of questions. The laser revision was quick and they walked us through the suck training and healing process in great detail. We love them and recommend any family who may have an inkling their child has oral ties to go here. They are the only place I would ever send my child again.

Our lactation consultant recommended Dr. Katherman and she and the staff did a wonderful job. Dr. Katherman and her team were AMAZING! We drove two hours to see her and would do it again in a heart beat! She was validating of our concerns and found our little ones tongue tie after another professional close to us said she didn’t have one. We are so thankful for her care and compassion. She was also very responsive to concerns we had the night after the procedure. I love that she follows up that night and you see her one week and four weeks post procedure. Excellent care! We wished we lived closer so she could be our child’s dentist.

We had gotten our son’s tongue tie “fixed” before seeing Dr. Katherman, but unfortunately it did not help him enough with latching/eating. After our 4-month old dropped in all growth percentiles we saw Dr. Katherman and our experience was night and day from the previous doctor. We were able to get the procedure done the same day as our consult, and the follow up appointments were incredibly helpful and reassuring. Her office staff was so kind and helpful every step of the way. 100% recommend her for tongue and lip tie releases.

Dr. Katherman and her team are beyond amazing. From your first step into the building until the time you leave they make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. They thoroughly explain everything and give you adequate time to discuss questions and concerns. My family and I drove almost 2 hours one way to have Dr. Katherman perform a procedure on my newborn because she was so highly recommended. Everyone was so gentle and caring with my baby, it helped calm my anxieties about the procedure immediately. It felt like we were talking mother to mother, not just doctor to patient. She even provided her personal phone number as well as checking up via phone on her own time later that same evening. You just don't get customer service like this anymore. I will recommend this practice everytime!

After going home to discuss, we had further questions and she personally called us to help answer those. She is professional, friendly, and again, did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!
