Amazing experience. I had to take my little one who barely a month old when we needed to have some work done, lip and tongue tie. The staff and Dr. Katherman were so kind and gentle. They made sure that my little one was well taken care of. They also put my mind at ease when they explained what was needed to be done. Dr. Katherman was available literally 24/7 through text or call. She checked in on us and answered any and all questions we had. If it were not for the fact the office was an hour drive one way, I would make her office my permanent dentist office for all work. You are in great hands with Dr. Katherman and her staff.

Dr Katherman is amazing. She is super professional. She explains everything as she does the exam of the lip and tongue ties on both my sons. She does the procedure with a laser. She calls to do a follow up the evening of the procedure as well as a follow up at a week and a month. I would highly recommend her to anyone with a lip or tongue tie on their children. Her staff is also very helpful and professional.

Dr. Katherman was a pleasure to work with for our baby’s tongue and lip ties. It was unfortunate to have to be done, but we do believe it helped our breast feeding journey. I am so glad we were referred to Dr. Katherman. We were very nervous about taking our newborn son to be treated for his tongue and lip tie issues but we are so happy that she took care of him. Her tender sweet care of our little boy was so remarkable. As a mother herself she knew the support we needed as well as the exact care our baby needed. We chose to drive an hour to her location to have her treat our baby and we will do so in the future if needed. I have never experienced such hospitality in a medical center of any kind. Just this week we received a picture in the mail to add to our baby journal about the entire process and this just touched my heart đź’ś I highly recommend taking your children to see Dr. Katherman.

Dr. Katherman was incredible from start to finish!! We took our first daughter to her at two weeks old for a tongue tie revision. Dr. Katherman found that she also needed a lip tie revised (that the hospital missed) and was so thorough and thoughtful throughout the process. She knew what it was like to be in our shoes and taught us exercises to do at home for 3 weeks to keep the ties from reforming. She checked in on us at home the night of the procedure and did two follow ups to ensure things were healing properly. I am so thankful we waited to have our daughter’s ties revised outpatient at Dr. Katherman’s office. We recently received a hand-written card and pictures in the mail for our daughter’s scrap book. I can’t begin to say thank you enough or recommend her more! The office staff was so friendly and the room was perfectly equipped for a nursing mom to feel cozy and comfortable. 10/10 recommend Dr. Katherman to anyone with babies/children with tongue/lip ties! She’s the best!

Dr. Katherman and her team are wonderful! They truly go above and beyond for their patients. She even gives out her personal cell phone in case you have questions after the procedure. She was great with my daughter during her lip tie removal/consult/follow ups and explained everything clearly. We will definitely recommend her to others!

Dr. Katherman was FANTASTIC! We came to her to see if our newborn had ties. She diagnosed her with a tongue and lip tie. That same day we had the consult, she was able to revise the ties. It took less than 5 minutes from when they took our baby back to when she was back in our arms. They were very thorough with post care and Dr. Katherman even called us the night after the revision and gave us her personal cell phone to call if we had any questions or concerns until our follow up appointment. All of the staff at the practice are extremely friendly and accommodating! We always had a wonderful experience from the time we walk in the door to the time we walked out. We also appreciated how seriously they took COVID precautions to keep us and our baby safe. Thank you Dr. Katherman & all of your staff - you’ve saved our breastfeeding journey!

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Katherman, who was able to revise my newborn’s lip and tongue ties successfully. She and her staff are so supportive throughout the process and afterward as well. My son had trouble nursing and transferring milk before the revision. We have been successfully nursing since the revision and I am so grateful to Dr. Katherman for that!
