From the time I walked in the door I was treated warmly. Dr Katherman and her staff were caring and thorough in their explanations, and really seemed to understand what I was going thru as a mom of a tongue tied infant. I was given a comfortable room to nurse and comfort my infant after the very short lasering surgery. Kaitlyn gave me her personal cell number to call or text anytime I had questions or concerns. They followed up with a 1 week and 4 week appointment to make sure everything was healing well. Couldn’t be more pleased! They made an unpleasant procedure as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Katherman did a fantastic job of spotting my two-week old son's tongue and lip tie right away, even when my pediatrician said there was nothing wrong after I'd expressed my concerns over his ability to latch and nurse properly. His laser surgery was performed the same day, and he healed up well within a few weeks with no complications. Her follow-up was incredible, and she even provides you with her personal cellphone number in case you have any questions or need advice! I reccomend her to anyone looking to have tongue or lip-tie corrective surgery done on your LO.

We brought our daughter in for a consultation regarding her having trouble latching while nursing and spitting up a lot almost immediately after she ate. Dr. Katherman was recommended to us, we called, got an appointment and they were fantastic especially with all of the Covid regulations. She told us we needed to do a top and bottom procedure which was a tongue and lip tie and she was super professional yet super understanding of how I was feelings and my fear of my baby being in pain. The procedure was quick the baby latched right away no problems. She gave us everything we needed to help keep the site properly cleaned and healing. She showed us how to do the motions in the babies mouth. She is a mother herself and she knows just how scary anything is. She went above an beyond as well as her amazing staff. Shirley her office manager was hands down fantastic and she made me feel so at home every time we went. I highly recommend them for your child’s needs.
