Recently moved back into town and decided to check out PDA as a new dental provider.. I can definitely say they have a new patient, if not a lifetime one at that. I had the best experience today! From the amazing receptionist, to Jamie (hygienist or DA), to Dr Shull. They took the time to answer all of my questions regarding insurance, services, concerns, and provided recommendations. Dr. Caroline Thomas and her staff are outstanding. I received excellent care and everyone is so kind and friendly. From the initial contact of making an appt. to actually seeing Dr. Thomas, was such a pleasant and relaxed experience. The staff at Palmetto Dental are very friendly and upbeat. They were all very welcoming and my consultation on August 9th with Tina, Tanya and Dr. Thomas went very well. Tanya even managed to get me back in the next day for a cleaning. Denise did an excellent job. PAIN FREE!
