Each person at this office has a pleasant and helpful disposition. The ladies go out of their way to create an enjoyable experience for the children and adult patients. The dentists and the dental hygienists are very accommodating and considerate of our appointment times. Every visit is quick and without wait. They are thorough and followed-up with us after any major dental work. They have met the specific needs of my children to allow them to have comfortable and safe dental experiences.

I recently moved to Lexington from NE Columbia. I have dreaded switching practices and was driving an hour for my last dentist, but could not do it anymore. Unfortunately, my first encounter with Dr. Campbell and his staff was due worsening tooth and jaw pain. I was impressed that as a new, unestablished patient, they worked me in right away. Dr. Campbell was very thorough and talked through his thought processes with me, which I always appreciate (as a pediatrician, I do the same thing with my families that see me). We had a game plan, we implemented it, and when we didn't get the results we were hoping for, he worked me back in during the holiday to get me taken care of. When it was clear that I needed to have a root canal by an endodontist, his staff called around and found a place for me to get that work done ASAP. A+ facilities, staff and Dr. Campbell is great. And Sherri (hope I'm spelling that right) is one of the friendliest receptionists I've met, and I have 4 great ones that work with me. Thanks guys!

I just recently switched over to Dr. Thomas after my beloved dentist retired. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at PDA. The staff are incredibly personable and friendly—I did not feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Dr. Thomas and her Dental Assistant Caitlyn explained my treatment plan adequately and made me feel at home. I would recommend PDA to anyone in the area!

Every experience at pda Lexington is great! Most people do not like going to the dentist (including me) but I have never had an unpleasant experience there! I go every 3 months for a cleaning (Gloria is the best) have had several crowns (Dr Cain is so professional) and both receptionists (Sherry and Crystal) take extra special care of me, and to show how devoted I am they are not even in my PPO!
