Not practicing covid 19 safety precautions. Receptionist not wearing mask. People in waiting room, which is small, not 6 feet apart and not wearing masks. The one nod to safety was a bottle of hand sanitizer on the coffee table. When I called to confirm appt about 10 days before appt, I asked about safety protocols and was told: I was to call them when I arrived in parking lot, and they would let me know when I could come inside. I asked about waiting room and masks and was told there are no patients waiting, and everyone wears a mask. Clearly, none of those statements was true. If you're comfortable with your dentist acting like there's no pandemic, this place is for you. Given my previous visits, Dr Haefner's failure to institute necessary protocols at this time was a disappointing surprise. I left the office, cancelled appt and said I was not going to pay the late cancellation fee. Fortunately, I now have a new dentist who does practice safe protocols, including taking my temp as soon as I arrived.
