Apex Dental

I have had nothing but exceptional care with Dr.Dean at Apex Dental. She always makes me feel comfortable and explains exactly what she is going to be doing. Her assistant today was Summer, who also made me feel very comfortable. She was awesome, I was a bit nervous and with her help she made me feel a lot better.

Honestly, I'm not fond of going to the dentist! any dentist and I have been to many, I came to Apex for a root canal and was a nerves wreck! I stressed myself out for days thinking about it lol, but I'm so glad I went, I didn't feel a thing! not even the needle! everyone was so nice, I love the dentist he explained everything as he went along and made me feel so comfortable, I wish I had gone to him sooner for other treatments, they honestly deserve more then 5 stars :)

Great experience. I have heard so many horror stories about root canals. That was not the case for me. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr Fuller explained each step and what to expect during that step. Just knowing what was coming was very comforting. If I ever need another one, this is exactly where I will come.

Dr. Noel Fuller is amazing he literally makes the experience very rememberable in all the good ways. The receptionist does not work in the building that’s the only negative because he’s unaware certain situations. But once again Noel And the dental assistants are top notch.

Dr Fuller is the king of root canals ! No pain , no recovery after the visit. Left feeling better than when I went in. Explains everything . Such a kind and caring person. I have medical anxiety and he is always giving positive , calm reassurance .I do not dread going there for procedures.

Dr. Fuller was amazing. Had a root canal done he was great no numbing and no pain. I recommend this office a 100%. I have no dentist and they got me in quick and realized I needed a root canal and I was back in a week. All very friend and great!

Everyone I came in contact with at Apex dental seemed to be very nice and professional. Everything that was done during my appointment was done care and the time spent wasn't rushed in anyway. My dentist as well the young lady whom did the tech work, was more than humble and caring. From the dental room to the checkout desk was nothing shy of wonderful visit. Thank you Apex dental for the time you spent explaining everything and making my dentist visit a great experience! We found our new family dentistry.

First time coming to Apex Dental, and my experience was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, I have a dental phobia and have had one since I were young. I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted today, and I didn’t feel a thing, barely any pressure as well. I didn’t even feel the numbing “prick”. Dr. Prachi, and Dr Carver BOTH work so diligently, quickly, and effectively. Their assistants, are so helpful, and mind easing. Apex dental, made my dental experience a GREAT one. So glad I finally found a GOOD dental home. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

Honestly, I’m not so sure why this place has such outstanding reviews. I was there today as a first time patient. I went in to get a specific tooth looked at, but ended up with an entire cleaning. This wouldn’t have been so bad if it wasn’t so painful. The dentist did my cleaning, and during the cleaning there was no assistant or hygienist present. I was made to hold my own suction tool and do it myself. He proceeded to clean my gums which was EXTREMELY painful and caused me to bleed quite a bit. I told him it hurt and he said “it’ll feel better in a minute.” I was hesitant to complain about this bc I thought maybe I’m just being a baby, but I feel that little to no compassion was offered to me the entire time I was there. They also tried to tell me I owed over $100 upfront, and I had to clarify with 2 different people that my insurance should be covering the costs. Thankfully I was not charged. Truthfully I feel they were disorganized, even when scheduling my appointment. The woman who did my X-rays was very abrupt and showed visible frustration with other coworkers and not being able to get her computer to work. I just don’t feel that is something you do in front of a patient. Overall their energy was just off. It was so different than any dentist I’ve ever been to before. I honestly thought about walking out in the middle of my cleaning. It was so painful that I do not trust them to fill my cavity. I will not be going back.
