I was very please with the service I received. Everyone were polite and communicated well. My dentist, Dr. Zwber is a very good dentist because she explained the procedure prior to performing it . She also makes sure you’re not in much pain if needed will numb the area. She makes you feel safe and comfortable. She is doing her job and doing it well. She has the magic touch given to her by God!

Had a small cavity in the top of my front tooth. This guy drilled away so much of my tooth that now I have a huge gap between my teeth and the tooth he worked on is misshapen and crooked. My front teeth! I had NO gap before. I am mortified, so upset I feel like my life is over. I get that is dramatic but I used to be pretty! Now I'm gap toothed, horrible looking. I was upset and voiced my concerns and the guy said "have realistic expectations. " Um, if I expect that when you fill a cavity, my teeth will still look like they originally did, just without the cavity, is that unrealistic?

Very sloppy with the way they handle their guest .. I called to confirm that my mother could bring my son to the office to receive treatment . The black receptionist told me one thing meanwhile the Hispanic receptionist claim she said something that wasn’t so. So after all my son will NEVER come back to that office it’s very ghetto and they don’t have a hippa privacy so nobody can bring him beside one person. Overall , I actually understand why NO one never goes to this office ! Unless it’s a real emergency !

The service at this dental office was excellent from the receptionist to the doctor. I need a deep cleaning and have sensitive teeth and the hygienist really did a a great job and paused when I needed a moment. I will be back next week. Hopefully to finish the job and praying I get the same attention. I had come here and an assistant told me if you would have taken care of your teeth you wouldn’t be in this pain. Okay thanks captain obvious. That’s probably the reason she’s no longer here I guess. I didn’t complain I had just stopped coming.

My dentist is great but the wait time with an appointment is absolutely ridiculous. 2 to 3 hours after an appointment time before your seen. A whole day is shot by the time you leave. Someone needs to get on top of the issue. This was the 3rd week I had an appointment and each time I spent approximately 3 hours waiting. That was with an appointment.

It took 3 people…3 people to “attempt” to verify my dental insurance information. All 3 agree “It keeps hanging up on us”. I go out to my car go through the prompts and hear that the provider should go the fax route (and yes it hangs up as the prompt advises on what to do…fax route). Call again and go the same route as a provider, choose a different prompt, and was able to speak to someone, with no hang ups. Just find another dentist. Don’t use as a last resort for you kids….waste of my time as I got off early for this.

I’m a mother of a 37 year old autistic young man , in the pass we always had to be in hospital setting under anesthesia for dental work even simple cleaning , all I have to say is let’s try this out because his best friend goes there , and I don’t want to put my son under .
Everyone is up beat , friendly caring and most of all patient, it was successful my young man opened his mouth for dentist , X-rays , cleaning not one time did he gag
I was a very Grateful mom for these special people that work there and made him feel calm and relaxed!
I was thanking the Lord for this , this dentist dr Z , and , her staff are so Amazing true Angels our family really believes this was a miracle for our son 💕 I HIGHLY recommend this practice to all !

Worst dental experience I’ve EVER had! My appointment was at 11am for a cleaning, cleaning ONLY didn’t get in the chair til 1:00pm. The overall cleaning of my teeth was good thanks but the waiting process was HORRIBLE!! I’ll never go back ~~signed DeAundra McNeil
