I was scared to death to go to the dentist but I broke a tooth off that held my partials. I had to go. The scheduler gave me an appointment a few days away. I was greatest very nicely by a receptionist who assisted me with getting checked in. I told them I was fearful and they treated me with kindness and gentleness. Abby was very soothing to talk with preparing me for Dr.Austin, who examined me and helped me with my situation and listened to my desires while he informed me of what needed to be done. Dave assisted me with a recap of the cost that was associated with my treatment plan and arranged for financing to cove my entire treatment. Robert assisted me with impressions and was so gentle with the procedure, keeping me calm and very thorough in his work. Thanks Aspen Dental for getting me through the fear phase.

I’m very grateful to Aspen Dental because you accept my insurance, but it’s been hard lately not having a dentist on staff. I went in to pick up 3 whitening pens and they actually ordered me a bag with six pens and a protective case which I did not need. In November, they wouldn’t even sell me the whitening pens because there was no dentist on staff.

Insane. I cracked my front tooth (a veneer) and had an appointment to literally glue it back on. I got a call about my appointment being canceled due to them not having dentists?? Like none whatsoever in a dental clinic?? And that I could schedule an appointment in six months when they "hopefully have one." I am appalled to say the least lol. Hopeful for an appointment in Bismarck I guess, thank god this break doesn't impact eating. Why advertise that you offer emergency dental services when you don't have dentists and the wait times are so long??

I am happy that I chose Aspen Dental for my dental needs. They have a wonderful team that go out of their way to work with your schedule, not just theirs. Everyone there has been courteous and extremely pleasant. It is obvious to me that they strive to make you comfortable and do not judge those of us that procrastinate on obtaining the dental work we need. I truly believe they love making people feel better about their appearance and their health. I would recommend these folks to everyone!!

Dr. Schmalz and the team at Aspen are amazing! Great bed side manner, wonderful understanding of patients concerns and fears. Would recommend them to anyone. What I thought was going to take a long time took less time than I thought and he did a wonderful job. Thank you for giving me my smile back

Very happy with my service today at Aspen Dental. The staff was incredible...everyone from the reception to the dentists and all in between (x-rays, DA's, office manager.....etc.) They were all pleasant and easy to work with. I appreciated the in depth explanations on things I wasn't familiar with. I am having quite a bit of work done. These guys all tried their best to keep the expenses at a minimum, while making sure I am set up for dental health and longevity. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

It took 3 months to get in as a new patient. When I got there check in was pretty fast and they took me back right away. After the ex rays I had to wait a bit for the dentist but not too bad. When he came in he seemed to not really know what I was there for or having done. I cannot say I was the most confident in his assessment. Then a “manager” comes in to take me to another room just to say it would be 6 months before I could get my teeth cleaned. I don’t like being treated like cattle, get them in and get them out. Maybe my experience is not the norm but it was not good. The receptionist is super friendly and amazing!

I can only give 4stars because only 1 dentist, he's booked full til Nov. That's great! But not much time for emergencies as in my case. Thank you for the help you provided me and the wonderful service. All the staff were very professional.
