Called to schedule an appointment for my husband. Was told that because of his account going into collections per their policy they would not see him. This account that went to collections was from yearssssss ago when he was a minor and not in his control so still being held against him now as an adult. So fyi. If you ever take your kids there and don't pay your bill your kids will be held accountable for your actions even if it's 20 years later.

Receptionists are very nice, Waiting Room is Comfy (you dont sit there very long though) which is good cuz I was in pain! My dentist, Dr. Suga was Awwsome!! Both her and her assistant, Jessica, kept me informed on everything they were going to do and explained everything they did .. Dr. Suga recommended treatment and referred me to an oral surgeon who could fix me. And then when I had questions about the cost of my present and future care they brought someone out to talk to me about what exactly my insurance would/wouldn't cover. That way I wasn't surprised by my out of pocket costs. I left there knowing exactly where I needed to go, what to tell them when I got there and how much everything was going to cost me. I like that feeling. I would reccomend this dental clinic to anyone! They are helpful and kind! They make you feel like you're family. 😁
