I have extreme dental phobia… I’ve avoided going to the dentist due to the fear I have. Walking into willow creek was no different in terms of my anxiety. However, right from the start (checking in) all through out my entire appointment my anxiety was at bay. Dr.Haley and her team are the most compassionate dentist I’ve ever worked with. She understood my anxiety surrounding dental work- and took her time explaining the next steps to help restore my smile. I felt validated and respected instead of looked down upon for having anxiety. Dr. Haley provided in depth details every step of the way- and allowed me to make decisions and be apart of my treatment. I’ve never felt more calm and supported as I did today with the staff at Willow Creek Dental.

I was seen at this location, and I was told I need 10 feelings on my teeth, so I decided to have my second opinion at Falls Dental which I love thet place and they told me I only need couple feelings done not 10 like willow creek said. so I hope someone with read this and stay away from this guys because they are liars and all the care is money. please don't trust them with out having second opinion and then you will see point.

I know my teeth aren't in the best shape and the last few places I've been to have been really bad experience's due to them. Willow Creek is the first place that didn't make me feel self cautious about my teeth, very friendly, professional yet down to earth staff that actually helped me on what I need. They answered all of my questions plus went above and beyond with guidance on taking care of my kids gums and teeth. Their new office is very clean, updated, extremely nice, and conveniently located. A gal came in after me and apparently had some type of dispute the day before and the receptionist came around the the desk and personally apologize for her actions and to me that touched me since it seems now a days businesses just want to avoid their mistakes. If you are looking for a great environment, professional, great relationship with the staff, and best of all, no judgement I recommend this dentist.

I'm a mother of 6 children with two being autistic so appointments can take extra time sometimes. The front desk ladies are super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Dr.Dickes was very patient and kind even though my son wasn't very cooperative. We ended up going the sedation route so we could make sure my son got a good exam and everything fixed that needed to be done. Their office set everything up and made it super simple for us. Definitely will be seeing them for my other children as well.

It's a very nice looking office, and they know what they are doing with dental work.
Unfortunately, front desk workers are very short with patients that are new to the office/or still understanding their own insurance. Very rude. Only reason I am coming back is because they are my only option due to my insurance coverage, unfortunately.
If you have insurance that is acceptable elsewhere I recommend going elsewhere if you want to have a pleasant experience.

Receptionist quotes extremely long waits (3-4 months out) even for cleaning/extractions.

The wait time to get in is too long. One month wait for a broken tooth. It shouldn’t be that long of a wait. It is an infection risk. The receptionist also sounded very annoyed on the phone. The dentist I go to now got me in the same day and had a nice receptionist.

Willow Creek takes the pains an hassles out of "going to the dentist"...from entrance all the way through exiting everyone has a great attitude and are so easy to deal with!!! A+ all the way around ladies an gents!!! Keep up the great work you're all amazing!!!

They were rude and disrespectful on the phone. Hung up on me when I said I could not hold. And then told me I was dismissed. This place has no covid protocol and continues to get people sick. Avoid at all costs even if it cost you more. They have a bunch of Karen's working here. Beware of this places false caring attitude. Stay away from here even if you have to come out of pocket.
