Ben Jensen Dental

My son is 17 months had his first visit with Dr. Jensen. I feel that the dental hygienist was amazing my son loves to brush his teeth so she got him a brush and was assisting him with the brush. Well poor Jensen didn’t have the luck that lady did. my son was not for him looking at his teeth with his mirror so clamp his mouth shut Jensen left it at that so they didn’t traumatize the first time experience. How ever than Jensen also started to play with and help my son with brushing his teeth. My son didn’t want to leave the office

I understand having policies in place when people miss their appointments and requiring a 24 hour notice to cancel. However, when you have a patient that’s 9 months pregnant and they miss their Monday morning appointment (obviously not open on Sunday to cancel even if they knew) because they needed to go in and be seen regarding said pregnancy, maybe DONT kick them and their 6 year old daughter to the curb? I’d say it’s a little ridiculous to not make an exception in certain circumstances and truly just shows how little you care about your patients. We will happily find a new dentist when this is how you handle your business. I’m just happy we didn’t go there for long before the true colors came out.

Dr. Ben is the best! He is the only dentist I will visit. The team at Ben Jensen Dental is phenomenal-- caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. The experience is always great-- I highly recommend Ben Jensen Dental!

Took my 5 year old in for a cleaning. Found a suspicious spot. Ben wasn’t there. So have to reschedule to come back and have him look at it. Decide a plan. And then reschedule to have it fixed. Dentist should be in building while cleaning are done. My time was wasted!!

My Dental Hygienist was exceptionally thorough and patient with me during my regularly scheduled cleaning appointment and Dr. Ben Jensen took the time to look over my x-rays to explain to me what I will need to have done in the future.

Both receptionists were informative, courteous and genuinely caring individuals.

I have major anxiety and I am terrified of the dentist but I would recommend Ben Jensen to everyone. His staff is always very kind and helpful. They have a great way of making you feel comfortable and putting your mind at ease. He always takes my dental anxiety into consideration and does the best he can to accommodate. He does a fantastic job and is always surprisingly quick at what he does! I HATE getting dental work done and I dread going to my appointments everytime, but I ALWAYS leave his office with the feeling "that wasn't as bad as I expected, I was worried for nothing" 10 out of 10 in my opinion for him and his staff! I don't ever plan to switch to a different dentist 😬

Would be great if he didn't put so many people into the rooms that he can't get back to you to do his job would be great if they could accept the mistakes as their own instead of passing them off as oh it's your bite Don't fill your rooms so full of people And try to make all that money in A-day and maybe you wouldn't have to rename the people that you've already got in your rooms because you accepted a procedure or got into a procedure that took longer than you expected But now you have to read my mouth because you didn't get back to me in time

Dr. Ben Jensen has been our dentist for 21+years. We have kept him as our dentist for his care, knowledge, friendliness, & professionalism. His staff, from reception to accounting to hygienist to assistants are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly & caring.
