The customer service is more than wonderful! Tasha is the sweetest and she is gentle if your are sensitive. Dr. Britton is friendly and always smiling. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They make you feel comfortable like family and the experience is the best I’ve ever had.

Avoid this place. I went there and was told I needed a crown. Paid them to do it and less than 10 days later I needed an emergency root canal and a crown that cost me $1500 dollars on the same tooth. The endodontist who performed the procedure told me that there should never been a crown put on without a root canal. We contacted 101st Dentistry and spoke to the office manager who apologized and said not to worry about it, that they would take care of it. Fast forward to the present and we receive a notice that we have been turned over to collections for non-payment of the bill. We have never received a bill prior to the one informing us of the non-payment. We contacted the office on three different occasions until we finally got to speak to the “current” office manager. She informed us the prior manager was no longer there and there was nothing she could do. I no longer live in the area, but I would avoid this place at all costs. I am a retired officer with nearly 30 years of service and have never not paid a bill on time. To be turned over to collections without a single phone call, email, etc. that could have avoided this issue is not acceptable. The bill with the collections notice had no problem finding me, so I’m curious as to why any previous bill was undelivered. Shoddy dentistry in addition to atrocious customer service compels me to recommend that you avoid this place

Very professional staff. I felt very comfortable with them and most importantly the dentist has a vast experience and knowledge base that I haven't found at previous offices. I plan to go back in the future as my search for experience is over.

I have never, ever been so disrespected by a business in my entire life. The Front office manager is a complete bully, hung up on me multiple times and charged me an additional $100 from a service two years prior. The doctors may be good - but the front office needs some serious work to keep their clients.

I loved my experience until the changes and forgetful arrangements. I had my bridge schedule. I was told the appointment before that all I needed was $500 up front, then the rest by the seat date. Day before my appointment on the confirmation call, now they need approximately $700.
They could have honored what I was told in the beginning even though the lady that told me is gone now. Now I’ll have to get my bridge done elsewhere. Since I’m the bread winner, they’ll lose my family business too and future referrals.

Very pleased with the experiences I've had here. Kim is the best hygienist; she's very thorough, gentle, and kind. Special treatment having a filling repaired.. thank you to Karyn who was skilled, knowledgeable and empathetic. Superior doctors and staff at 101st dentistry!

About two years ago, I was going to a different dentist for my care. I explained to that dentist that I may have had a cavity somewhere in the back of my mouth. He looked and said there was nothing wrong. Well, other experiences with that dentists office put me off dentistry for a while. As you all know, lack of care causes issues to arise or worsen. One of my wisdom teeth broke!! I couldn't get care right away because I was going out of town and frankly didn't think I could afford it. Also, I had to find the right dental office. My children go to the next door to The Children's Dentist, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I went in today to get my situation checked out. Everyone from the front desk, office staff, to the dental hygienists and dentist were so nice! Dr. Britton, one of the dentist, sat down and got to know about me a little and also shared some of his life stories as well. He didn't try to rush anything or pass me off to someone. After, he looked at my mouth did a full check up, I don't recall any dentist being so thorough, he gave me the news. I would need that one wisdom tooth and the other three wisdom removed. He let me know he could do the problem tooth that day in office. I was so worried because I didn't have much money to play around with and I had watched some dental videos of extractions on YouTube. (Do NOT do this, it isn't as bad as it looks) The office manager, she was also very nice, came in and spoke with me. We talked and worked out my situation. I decided to get my tooth extracted today. The staff made sure that I was calm and NUMB. The extraction was super simple and painless, Dr. Britton did a fantastic job. I would recommend this place, it was probably the best experience I have had here in TN. Thank you 101st Dentistry team, y'all were awesome!!!

I have been going to 101st Adult Dentistry for a couple of years now and each experience has been great! The providers and support staff are very courteous, professional, and timely with their services. They take the time to explain the procedures as well as the referral process if a referral is necessary. I highly recommend this dental clinic and believe that you will be as happy as I am with their services.

I was disappointed because one lady was rude over the phone when I needed to change my appointment date. Even though I called AHEAD of time to change it.( one week ahead) I liked the clinic so when I find out some argent come out on the same day, I make sure would like to inform them in ahead. But I guess my thought and manner doesn’t matter to them.

I went to Dr. H with the belief that I was going to loose my teeth and have to have a full set of dentures because that is what I was told by a previous dentist. Dr. H examined me and told me he could save my teeth. Working with him and his staff was a process but a year and a half later, I still have most of my teeth and did not have to go into a set of dentures. I can't begin to tell you how amazing they are. Every step of the way I was made aware of all the options, the expense, and the potential outcome of treatment. It is very important to me to be able to have confidence in my dentist and I can say....I have complete confidence in the entire team at 101st Adult Dentistry. From the front desk who are always pleasant and helpful to the staff who keep me calm and informed to Dr. H and Dr. B who saved my smile. THANK YOU ALL!!
