I will not return to this dental office. I was told that on my next visit, if I did not pay for an expensive deep cleaning, scaling, which I do not want, they would not clean my teeth. The dentist who said this, told me she would make an “exception “, for this visit and she, herself did a regular cleaning for me. Five minute, Worst cleaning I have ever had. I will not return for the expensive $344.00 deep cleaning.

A+! Dr. Justice was very thorough explaining things. I felt like I was in class. I interrupted her a couple of times to ask questions and she didn’t miss a beat. During her examination, she recognized something would benefit me, suggested it, explained it, bam, done… a two hour procedure, same day. The entire staff was amazing as well. I’m a fan and highly recommend this place. I will make the drive from Nashville to to remain a patient here.

Went for a consult that ended in finding out I may need two extractions and an implant, plus bone grafts. They split the bill into 3 different appointments and the first one was going to cost me 1400 out of pocket bc “my insurance wouldn’t cover” The treatments they suggested. They were ready to take my down payment that day, until my hubby said get a second opinion. I called my insurance just to ask for dentists in my area, and ended up finding out that EVERY TREATMENT they wanted to charge me for, was COMPLETELY COVERED by my insurance. So what would they do if I never called and checked myself? They would’ve kept my $1400 and never told me I actually owed nothing. Dentists are scam artists.

What a wonderful practice. They are fast, efficient, funny, patient and KIND. Each member made my three (young) boys and myself feel at home and comfortable (in a dentist’s office. Seriously.) The level of care and expertise we’ve received under Dr. Green has been simply matchless. I’m SO glad to have found such an amazing family dentist. Personally, I dreaded going in for cleanings because, well, dental cleanings - but the people here have made every aspect of each visit so positive that I can’t wait for us all to go back. Thank you!

Dr. Green is amazing, The staff is amazing, Both Dr. Green and the staff have been so patient with me through everything I have been going through. This place makes you feel welcome, makes you feel at home, like your one of them.My daughter also goes to Tiny Town and they take very good care of her as well. I am only giving a one star because the dentists and their assistants are professional and kind. I do not recommend Tiny Town Smiles due to their unprofessional management.
However, management and the receptionists are very unprofessional. I was mislead about the price of my surgery due to a receptionist forgetting items. That was the office's fault. The office refused to take responsibility. I asked the receptionist what I was signing on the key pad and she said it was my agreement for my payment plan. However, on the day of surgery, the manager said there was a change because they forgot items. She never apologized and this should have been corrected days or weeks before the surgery. She required me to sign another agreement that I did not originally agree with.
I called again about the issue with billing because it was the office's fault. The manager was very rude and was constantly speaking over me. She hung up on me while I was talking. She lied that her staff attempted to call me and lied that I don't have a voice mail. I have had a voice mail for many years. She refused to accept any responsibility for her staff's mistakes. I requested to speak to her boss, but she refused as well.

First of all I want to say I am terrified of the dentist. But when I went to Tiny Town Smiles they were aware of my fears and made me feel at ease . On procedure day Ms Lindsey, Ms Anna and Dr Green were absolutely amazing. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you to all.

Fast service, which is appreciated. I was called for my appointment shortly after I arrived. Completing paperwork online made things faster. I was able to set up future appointments and there was no extreme wait time for them. Staff is friendly. I'm thankful they have office blankets because I'm always cold. I actually am excited to return.
