My husband needed a tooth pulled so he "ran across" Armed Forces Dental he came home bragging about his experience. I immediately booked an appointment.
I called for an appointment but or was scheduled out a bit that didn't work for me. I informed the front office staff that my insurance would go out on 2/28/22.
The placed me on a cancellation list and luckily they moved my appointment up. I arrived earlier than my appointment time due to nervousness and was assured that I'd be fine.
Instructions were given to do my new patient paperwork online before my arrival which made check in a breeze. I was only asked for insurance and ID for my chart when I arrived.
I was immediately whisked away by Lacey who took great care of me. She informed me what was going to take place as opposed to grabbing needles out of nowhere.
She told me if I was going to feel pressure and what wouldn't hurt. She wore an earpiece so that she could communicate with the front staff to prepare me for any financial requirements as she was completing my procedure.
I was happy with my outcome and the simple and easy way they explained my bill and discussed options for further dental work needs.
I left there completely happy and satisfied with the professional of the entire staff. I highly recommend you guys to drop by to see Lacey and the rest of their incredible team.

Financial-
Went here in February and paid everything which was a little over $1000. Now it's June and they are saying I owe $165 more dollars? I'm not paying when you just want extra money and I already payed for everything. My insurance didn't cover anything and they told me what I needed to pay upfront before anything was done. I payed it so why try to charge me extra later? You guys need to look into that because I'm not paying it. I already payed for the service and have my proof of everything that was charged and done.
Experience-
The actual experience was horrible. I have never been in so much pain at a dentist office before. Other than the extreme amount of pain they were very rude. I have an impacted tooth and they said I just have to live with it and implants aren't an option. I got implants somewhere else so yes it was an option. You just didn't know how or want to do it. Based off of my experience I went from not having anxiety about a dentist to major anxiety. I didn't have any pain before I went and go work done but now I do. After I got everything done I couldn't open my mouth fully for 3 weeks and I had to eat really soft foods because of that. I'm pretty sure none of that should happen when getting filings done. I've never experienced that before. I also months later can still not eat crunchy foods because it hurts the teeth that they worked on. I honestly wish I went to a different dentist because this one and warfield dental (sister companies) are so terrible.
