Everyone is always very kind and helpful.

The way Aspen operates Is the problem many times with medicine in general in the US, I Call it Bloated medicine.

You go into Aspen to have an extraction, cavity filled or cleaning. Before you know it aspen has This massive plan written up that costs thousands of dollars. Instead of dealing with the problem you were there for, This plan includes $150 toothbrushes, prescription mouthwashes and assorted other basically hidden charges. Aspen will not even perform the action which you were there for unless you agree to this massive plan.

I received this massive plan and walked away with nothing accomplished. I have also heard of others who walked.

I’ll choose to go to the dentist who is more concerned with dealing with the problem at hand And not trying to sell me everything under the sun. When you have dental issues many times you must prioritize.

I have been to many Dentists, a Dentist may try to sell you a toothbrush -on occasion. But I have never seen a dental office behave like Aspen with massive plans and extremely expensive pricing. The cost of an extraction was more than what some oral surgeons charge.

Cannot recommend at all. But, their staff was nice enough. Good luck.

The Aspen Team was very nice, helpful and understanding. They explain everything with me for what treatments that needs to be done first, etc. I will keep up wiith my appointments.

I had went to Aspen for my cleaning ,wisdom teeth , and fillings for cavity ... The wisdom teeth weren't too bad of an experience other then I was just scared myself ...However when getting fillings .. I told the lady I could feel pain down to my nerve as if I wasn't numb enough . I was told that I was numb I just knew she was in my mouth :/ This angered me because this lady wasn't thinking of me at all ! The staff are nice though .. just some inconsiderate

Arrived to this office in severe dental pain, waited to be seen over an hour, then left in severe dental pain. It took the dentist all of about 15 second to tell me I need a root canal-which by the way I was referred to a root canal specialist who happens to charge $500 for one root canal. I informed the dentist I wouldn't be able to afford that until I had time to save up; 2-3 weeks. Even in severe pain, I was completely aware the African American female dentist could care less about my pain level and the fact that I didn't have $500 at the time. She basically expected me to just be in pain until I could afford the root canal! She flat out refused to numb the tooth after repeated requests. She absolutely had no bed side manner and didn't even bother to hide her unprofessional uncaring attitude. I will do my very best to warn everyone I know not to go to Aspen - all because of that African American female dentist. All I can wish is that when it's her turn to be in the chair as a patient, she'll receive better care than she provided to me.

They all knew I was terrified of the dentist and this is the only place that a dentist did not rush me he listen and understood me instead of rushing me out of there I believe this is the only place I will go to from now on

Very pleased with aspen dental,all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained well and doctor was gentle and caring of patient. Definitely recommend them.

I don't have insurance. My jaw had swelled up bad and they got me in the next morning. Gave me some med. And told me to come back very friendly. I haven't been to a dentist in like 3 years. I'm really looking forward to going back.

I called to see if come in for adjustment. I’m visiting in Clarksville Tn. For a week. An my healing dentures are way to big. An need of adjustment badly. I explain to the lady, her response back to me is. Can u come in on the 22nd. So I thought she miss understood me. So I telling her again. I’m here for one week. An my gums hurt with all the flexdent I’m having to use everyday. She cuts me off in the middle of my sentence an just puts me on hold. She got back on said she don’t have any openings for this week. It takes about 10 for them to adjust. This is healing dentures an my jaw bones can really get messed up over me not being able to wear it. I don’t know if this is the rule to make adjustment over 2 weeks out. But I know what the doctor told me at another Aspen. Is come in as soon as your gums swelling goes down. Very curshul that patients do. An as a patient you want to come in. I’m so hurt how that lady treated me. 😢😢😢

Aspen dental staff is polite professional and shows concern about dental health and personal budget.
