I thought I was going in for my 6 month cleaning & the whole time they're trying to convince me to get over $300 worth of work done to my mouth that I can't afford at the moment. After telling them I don't want it done I just want my 6 month cleaning the lady at the front desk who was very rude told me "they won't do a cleaning until I have other work done that will cost me over $300". I don't recommend this dentist office.

They did 4 crowns in the span of 3 days, which has left my mouth in severe pain. They then ignored me, I guess they thought my bank account was drained so they don’t want to deal with me after sticking me for $3000 after insurance. Bunch of “we will call you back” and had me come back in to tell me they don’t see anything wrong and the pain is my imagination. A month later still in PAIN! Get the run around we can see you in a week at another office, you need 3 root canals, now I was not in any pain at all before they decided to do all this dental work I believe was unnecessary, a chipped crown, a gap between teeth where food got stuck and heaven know what they thought was wrong with the other 2 teeth, I do not recommend at all since it seems like they are only interested in draining your bank account, $1800 more for 3 root canals I never needed to begin with!!!! 9 months later, still dealing with issues! It’s like they shaved down the teeth for crowns so much it guarantees you will have to spend a fortune repairing, now I’m over 12k out of pocket -and still in pain!!!

Made an appointment here over the phone. Told the lady on the phone that I just got 8 different X-rays at my other dentist a month ago and felt it was unnecessary to get more as I had health concerns regarding too many X-rays.

I only wanted to switch dentists because my other dentists availability had changed to one day a week and he canceled on me for my last visit and I just wanted to get this cavity filled asap. I didn’t want to wait another month.

Anyways, The lady on the phone assured me that was perfectly fine, they could use those X-rays. So I made the appointment. When I get there everyone is acting like that is the most ridiculous thing ever. They couldn’t possibly use another dentists X-ray because they can’t zoom in? I dunno. Seems super high resolution to me. So I took a whole day expecting to be at the dentist getting an exam and work done and they refused to use another dentists X-rays which they already said they could do. I was willing to pay the full exam price including costs of X-rays and still they wouldn’t do it. So I just left. Honestly I feel like they owe me gas money lol. Anyways, went straight from there and Went to another dentist down the road and they actually had me email the X-rays and said they were perfectly fine and they could use them.

And just to clarify, that’s totally fine if they don’t want to use another X-ray they didn’t perform. But don’t tell someone you will use them over the phone if that’s the case.

After reading through some of the reviews here I feel like maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t use this dentist.

If you are expecting good customer service DON’T even think about this office. My last three base cleanings was cancelled. Today they left me in the room for one hour and basically forgot I was back there. Went in with no additional work needed now having issues. They only care if it’s a paid service from your pocket and not the insurance. The hygienist is never there or overbook. Choose someone who cares about your smile and time. What a waste of time and money!!!

I have the W O R S T anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Why? I have no clue but they welcomed me with very warm smiles and they were very nice. I needed some surgery done, and they offer great payment plans. Pretty great dentist office. I def recommend going. Everyone is great!

I was in so much pain and turned away by so many other dental offices due to not having insurance, that wasn’t the case here! They got me in immediately (even sooner than my appointment time due to a cancellations) & same day work ❤️ Larissa, makai & especially Dr. Haroun, thank you so much!!!

Clarksville Modern Dentistry is always great! Larissa was amazing today when I had to get impressions very reassuring and made the process as easy as possible.
