I am so disappointed of the receptionist, she lied with their mistake with my appointment and it happen twice not once. But the doctor are awesome. I’m so glad I keep the appointment card enough to show my schedule and She still have excused. I wish they hired honest people to do there job. Over all awesome doctor no good receptionist.

Dr. Green told me yesterday morning that he would send a prescription to my pharmacy since I'm in severe pain and can't get an appointment till next week. I've called every pharmacy in town and nobody has my prescription. I've tried calling Dr. Green multiple times but nobody answers.

My wife scheduled our 6yo an appointment there. With my spouse at work I took both my girls (6/9). When we arrived they told me that my 9 yo couldn't come in. I understand the social distancing but we were the only customers there and the last appointment at that. Here's the thing...a voice was heard from inside and the receptionist said "the doctor ask if she can wait in the truck"..think about that. My 9 year old, waiting in the vehicle by HERSELF throughout the appointment. Are you serious?? Any that would recommend such a thing isn't someone I would trust to as "doctor" let alone a person. Just shows you they care very little your child's well being.

I paid cash and was not told about the credit on my account for more than a month after insurance paid out. They wanted to keep the funds for future work without even discussing with me. Unethical! Dental work was sufficient.

Had to get dentures and they have been extremely helpful. And patient and have explained things so well for me. Helped me make the best decision of my life and they gave me my smile back. I can’t thank dr Green and the entire team enough!! Thank you seems inadequate.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Green and the rest of the staff. I have fun every time I go. I take my children here too, but they see the other dentist and they like her too. I have no complaints.

I have been searching everywhere to be seen and finally was able to schedule an appointment here which I had that booked weeks in advance I get a reminder call today and confirm my appointment and then they call me 10 minutes after to tell me “oh there’s been a mistake that dentist won’t be in tomorrow “ I have a tooth abscess and it’s considered an emergency I had to go through so much to even find a babysitter for my appointment time which is why I called so long ago and now the day before they are telling me I can’t come in because the dentist won’t be there even though they just called the confirm 10 minutes prior ?!! Thanks for waisting my weeks of waiting time in excruciating pain for nothing not even an apology.

I had a terrible experience and will not return. It was my first visit and I had a 4:00 pm appointment. I got there 10 mins early because I knew there would be fill to fill out. After doing the forms, I was told to take a seat and they would be right with me. As I'm waiting another person comes in takes a seat and gets seen within 5 mins. I looked at my phone and saw that I had been waiting for 35 mins. I asked the receptionist about this and was told they are running a little behind. I mention that I had thought that I'd be done by 5:00 pm, and was told for the first time that I was told that the first appointment takes 2 hours. I'm shocked and say you mean I may be here until 7:00 pm? She tells me yes, and asks if I'd like to reschedule, and mentions again that I was told the first appointment is two hours.
It was like she was accusing me of not scheduling my time properly it was now almost 5:00 pm with no signs that I was going to be seen anytime soon. So, rescheduling worked out better for them. At no time was my time valued or consideration given to me for the missed appointment time by the office. POOR customer service and treatment.

Very accommodating. Great care from staff on all levels.

My family and I won’t go back because the so called dentist Justin Green is a liar he told me veneers don’t add a layer of protection to your teeth and really just cosmetic but that’s not what other dentist have told me and my research says different … he also told me he refused to give me implants and would refer me to someone else and do what I wanted with my teeth solely because I know he wanted to do what he wanted to do with my teeth instead of fixing the issue at hand he rather just do temporary fixes to keep me coming back and keep him in my pockets like then they tried to charge me an arm and a leg for a procedure he said he wasn’t even sure would be successful why not just do the implants or pull my tooth like I requested … he wanted me to under go a root canal which I wasn’t even comfortable with doing honestly … He gave me bad vibes even though he tried to sound like he knew what he was talking about he fell short and I will NOT return for treatment the rest of the staff was very nice thou
