I'm one of those people who is terrified of the dentist. Yesterday I had to have 2 root canals on teeth that were side by side. Dr Green and his staff were amazing! It was painless, my anxiety didn't get out of control at all. I would highly recommend this office for any and all dental care!

Dr. Green, Dr. Steff, Macy and staff are wonderful. They have cared for my teeth and did a wonderful job. They are always knowledgeable and give great recommendations that are best for my oral care! I love them.

This has been the worst ortho experience I have ever had! The contracted orthodontist overbooks to the point that he doesn't have time to properly treat his patients. A trainee put my braces on and it took over 2hrs, because he had to come in and make corrections. She was a sweet lady, but needed more training. He did not offer a real solution to my issue.

I requested the last appointment of the day, so that HE could treat me, during my 6week adjustments instead of a trainee or another dental assistant. He refused and said it wouldn't be fair to his other patients. What's not fair to any of your patients if overbooking sir. A simple request denied.

She did not polish or do any other prep to my teeth before applying the brackets. I was due for a six month cleaning that same month. It was the worst and longest ortho experience I ever had!

So now, after a bout with Covid, I have to shop around to find another orthodontist in hopes that I don't run into the same issues or get charged an arm and a leg. The staff is friendly friendly for the most part, but need to adjust the way they do things to make it more better for their patients.

We have been going here for almost a year. They have been amazing. During shutdown they worked extremely hard to follow all protocols set out for them. I had a dental emergency and they worked with me. And I felt safe each visit. The love they have for their patients is felt. They truly care and you can tell. My daughter has severe anxiety about dentists and they are amazing with her and she is at ease here and no worries. My son had his top 2 front teeth knocked loose during shutdown. They saw him and have kept checking on him. They understand anxiety and fear and they all do their best to put you at ease. They go over everything with you line by line. And I can’t stress enough how they have gone above and beyond to be able to help people with dental issues during this very hard year. They get you in as soon as possible and work around whatever they can. They also continuously make sure you are comfortable with what they are doing. Very professional and caring. I am so thankful we found them when we got here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the wonderful dentists and staff for all y’all do for those you care for.

A few months back I scheduled a visit to get a standard cleaning, and it ended after the Xrays. I was shown a treatment option that was wildly expensive and was told that if I didn't agree to the plan that they wouldn't proceed with the cleaning. I thanked them for their time and left immediately.

I just went for my root canal and they filled my tooth. As nervous as I was they were professional, and made me feel so comfortable. They were on time and very thorough. I will always recommend them and continue to go back. Thank you to all doctors and assistance. Shout out to Dr. STEFF thank you thank you. You all are appreciated.

Omg! Where do I begin?! They are just down the road for me. My insurance covers them. I am very pleased at the experience I’ve had with them. My last dental place in Franklin, TN was a nightmare. This dental were polite & soft when it comes to my gums. I didn’t feel sore after a cleaning. I highly recommend!!!

I had a great initial experience. Dentist was great but I want to make sure to highlight Janay (I hope I spelled it right!) the hygienist. She was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and not nervous at all and answered my questions honestly. She also gave me plenty recommendations. In her care it didn’t really feel like a doctors visit. It was like talking to a friend. 100 percent recommend.

Tiny Town smiles is by far the BEST dentist office I have ever been to. I had a terrible experience elsewhere that left me with high anxiety with dentist, but no more because Dr. Green has a spectacular chair side manner. He genuinely cares and listens to your concerns and checks in while working on you. He uses the most current techniques and equipment that make that process of dental work fast and easy. You can tell he works well with his staff and a majority of them are just as nice as he is. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I am extremely happy with my experience at Tiny Town Smiles Dentistry. I am someone who gets very nervous at the dentist. I recently had to have some work done and the doctors and staff at this office were a pleasure to deal with. Dr. Justice is great and Macey, well I can’t say enough good things about Macey. She made me feel so comfortable during my appointment and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had at a dental appointment. I would definitely recommend this office.
